I saw advertisement of bansal tower ltd in prabhat khabar, patna edition in july 2017. I call [protected] rakesh sharma received the call and advised to send him property deed copy, adhar card, photo. I send the property copy, adhar card and photo as per his request. Rakesh sharma call me next day that we checked your property through satellite and your property has been selected for jio tower installation. Now pay rs 2000.00 for agreement. I paid rs 2000.00 to mr. Vijay ram, account no. - [protected], sbi mardah branch, ghazipur.
Rakesh send me attached agreement copy and other document on my email. Next day he told me pay rs 24900.00 for security money and then he will pay advance money after receiving security money. I pay the security money but he did pay advance. And told me to pay tax and he will pay after receiving tax amount. I paid tax also but he didn't advance. I paid all the security money and tax to vijay ram, account no. - [protected], sbi mardah branch, ghazipur. He told me if you cancelled tower installation you will get refund of security money after one month on cancellation. I cancelled the tower installation on his email on
[protected]@bansaltower.com on 03rd august 2017. But i didn't receive the refund till now. Now they are not receiving my call and not reply email. They put there mobiles are switch off.
They just ripping off innocent people in that company no one is ready to help me now i m going to file a case against this fraud company. I will go registrar of campany also and file complain against them.

Sir maine bansal tower ke name ki ad dekhi aur maine unko cl kiya ki muze tower installed karwana hain to unhone ha bola aur muze 1350 registration fees deposited karwane bola ac no [protected] mr anil kumar. Punbo145600 ye wohi ac no hain jisme maine payment dala hain aur jb unhone jyada paise dalne lagate yo maine installation nhi karwana bola aur wo thik hai bole aur ab jab refund ki bat hoti to unke no band aa rahe hain plzz sir help me mere 120000 rs gaye hain

Hi I applied my tower installation file throw bansal tower group in September 2016 every time they gave me different excuses your file has been pending haut because of insurance etc. etc. I paid all the expenses what ever they told me I fullfilled all there demands like commission & TAX. After couple of days they called me with different excuses & then I got pissed off I told them to refund my money I dn't want to install tower on my property they said send us a cancellation letter we will refund your money with in 10 days after that days they switched off there phones after all that happened I talk with company supervisor I send all the documents & details that guy he is from banglore he said this is fake documents we dn't have your records in our company files so please be aware from bansal tower group they just ripping off innocent people in that company no one is ready to help me now I m going to file a case against this fraud company thanks contact no.
