Write an compliant against BGMI to consumer forum for banning my account without any reason. After sending several emails i have not received any resolution from Krafton/BGMI support team.

Further they are also not providing me the proper reason for banning my account. Every time they are saying they can't do anything.

Some one Hacked my BGMI account BGMI : "[protected]". Recently my Instagram account was disabled due to some activity from "Koil.nu" which is not mine. Due to which my Facebook account is also disabled due to which I am unable to login to my BGMI account, but still I can see someone playing or doing something fishy from my BGMI account. I don't know what to do to block/disable/delete it. Can anyone help me in doing so.

Hi team BGMI,

Kindly unban my account as I have not done anything wrong. It is your responsibility to ban hackers playing in the game not mine. Half your user base would be banned if you start to ban every other player alongside hackers in "random" lobby. As long as I have not hacked myself and I am unaware of any other player doing so I should not be banned so deliberately.
