On arrival to London Heathrow on April 20th 2012 I stopped to use the payphone. I inserted my credit card and followed the instructions. I dialled the London local number and a voice said my call could not be contacted. So i hung up and tried again. Again no connection and no mention of a fee been charged. The next time I spoke to the operator who immediately connected me with the same number. I spoke to my friend for about 2 mins and hung...
