I am from Delhi. Have ordered products from this website www.beautifyourself.co.in
. I had ordered 4 items from this website but after 1 month I received them but 1 of them was missing. I had ordered 4 product and received ony 3.so I email and dm them on their insta page but no response yet. The payment was already made at the time of ordering. And all the products that I recieved were of cheap quality but that's not the main concern...

I placed an order on 31st July and they have accepted it but when I logged into my account later on beautifyourself, it showed that they have cancelled my orders without informing me. By that time I have already paid for the items. They do not have proper email address And i somehow managed to find one and sent an email addressing the situation but I haven't heard from them back. The site said it take 3-7 working days for them to respond...

I ordered few dress from this website for price around 2500. i sent them emails regarding this. i got no reply from them....

I have seen many people have raised complaint against this . But they still stealing the money from customer’s posted daily on Instagram. I had ordered for 11 tops almost a year ago and then took the payment right after that but I haven't received any update or anything from them since then. I have texting them, emailing them, there's still no reply. I'm so disappointed that people do this kind of stuff and cheat others. They keep posting stories on Instagram but they do not reply at all. It's a complete fraud...

I have ordered some clothes from this site and it was a prepaid order. It's been 4 months and still they are not responding to mails and Instagram messages. My order no. Is 36609. Either refund my money or send my order. It's enough of waiting....

Ordered in September, made the payment done of 355rs online. Till date not received any of the products or received my paid amount .
The order status is showing cancelled & the reason is not given.
Ok if the products can't be delivered then they should return the money but not even doing that . Several times dropped mail with screen grabs but no response. They are literally frauds.
Would suggest other folks not to purchase...

Sir we had ordered 2 products from your site on 23rd November 2021 out of them 1 order arrived in January 2021 and you also sent 1 receipt with them it was written that our second order will come soon But it has been 1 year since our order has not arrived yet and we tried to contact you so much but the contact could not be done.

I placed an order with beautifyouself on 7 aug, 2021 worth rs 509 through Instagram... i have been keeping an eye on them from so long... they maintain their website so carefully that no one can tell its a fraud... i received a confirmation mail after i placed my order

I have paid for the clothes i ordered online but they aren't delivered yet and there is no response also recently. I ordered them in the month of May, they told because of covid issues they cannot deliver. And after 2 months I contacted them they told that they will send within the end of August. Worst service so far..! No product is being delivered nor refund has been made...

I ordered clothes for rupees 600 from beautifyourself.com there email ID is [protected]@gmail.com I ordered it on 2 of june after 4-5 days I emailed them they replied they will deliver my order before 30 june
I have send them many email I have got no reply on there website there are no order details they dont accept dm on instagram there comment section is off I am going to take legal actions against them

It's been a month since I placed an order and I have also paid for it. The amount was Rs 1144. But there is no news or updates about my ordered package. I have even mailed them at [protected]@gmail.com . They replied me saying my order will be delivered within 10-15 working days. This May month is going to end but no updates about my package. Either give the delivery or return back my money Rs 1144....

It is fraud website...I have ordered it on 22 Feb, 2021 and didn't received it yet, ...and I'm constantly mailing it but it often shows that your order will be shipped by 15 days...plzz do something...plzz support me to stop this fraud website and save a lot many people......

I placed ordered at 9th April 2021. Yet parsal not received. No any contact number valid on it's site, no any response on mail and no any tracking system about our order. As well as not cash on delivery available. We trust on your company blindly but cheat with your customers. More people have same problem. If it's not fraud than change your business method....
