I have paid for the product but the product was not received, its more than a week, I requested them to update the phone number but they are not bothering and the delivery guy has not yet come to my designated address once and they are showing on their site that he visited 3 times....

Shipment not initiated , The company's system being confused at what items I ordered saying that it is a technical problem

My order no. BV03792437
I placed a order on Jan 18 2024 .
As soon as I ordered i got an email saying that order is confirmed .
But for 2 days continuously my order status on app showed ON HOLD
Now after 2 days when I contacted customer care they are saying that there is some technical issue and due to that they are not able to identify which perfumes I ordered .
Now had this been the problem they should have contacted me before hand .
Had i not raised a complaint they would have not initiated anything .
My order is prepaid, if this doesn't deliver on time all my money goes in waste 799 Rs .
After 2 days of raising the complaint my order status is updated to unfulfilled .
Shipment has not even started, they haven't even shipped my order yet
I need my order by 26th, I ordered it to gift to someone, this is really ridiculous of the brand
Either deliver my products to me by 26th Jan or else just refund me the amount I paid .If this doesn't happen I will be forced to initiate a consumer court case.

This company is fraudulently taking orders on the web and after payment is processed, they send the courier's tracking number .. However, the courier never contacts me on the number and keeps updating that customer not reachable... Tried calling the courier number provided ... never picks.. up.. gave alternate number, , , never calls... This is noting but fraud... So Govt should not tolerate such fraud as it effects digital India negatively... order REF AWB : [protected]
