I placed a order on Jan 18 2024 .
As soon as I ordered i got an email saying that order is confirmed .
But for 2 days continuously my order status on app showed ON HOLD
Now after 2 days when I contacted customer care they are saying that there is some technical issue and due to that they are not able to identify which perfumes I ordered .

This company is fraudulently taking orders on the web and after payment is processed, they send the courier's tracking number .. However, the courier never contacts me on the number and keeps updating that customer not reachable... Tried calling the courier number provided ... never picks.. up.. gave alternate number, , , never calls... This is noting but fraud... So Govt should not tolerate such fraud as it effects digital India negatively......
