My name is G Kesoraam and I left Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (printer and publisher of the leading English news daily “ The Times of India”) on 31st August, 2020 from the company's Registered/ Corporate Office at Dr. D N Road, Fort, Mumbai. I reached the age of superannuation (58 yrs.) on 31.05.2021 and my documents in support of my claim for pension has been submitted offline to RPFC Bandra, Maharashtra on 17th March 2022. However, till date I have not heard from RPFC Bandra. My pension membership account number is MH/BAN/0001199/[protected]. I was informed by my company that since I have 2 “Scheme Certificates”( more than 1) it is not possible to submit the claim for pension online. Hence my documents were submitted offline.

I had sent a mail on 02.02.2023 on my pension which is pending since 17.03.2022 to RPFC Bandra Mumbai (where my application for pension was filed offline) at ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in .On not receiving any response I had sent a reminder on 14.02.2023 and followed it up with a 2nd reminder on 02.03.2023.. However, till date I have not received any response. Please look into the same. .

Shall request you to look into my case and arrange to inform me as to when my pension will be commence.

If you require any further information/clarifications please do not hesitate to contact me and I shall be glad to furnish the same.

If I have sent it to a wrong mail id; please inform me the correct maiI id where I should send.

Nbt promoting fraud company freekamal.co.in i purchased a realme pro refurbished phone for which i paid 3000 inr. Neither they are responding on mail not sent any phone their phone number mentioned on their website is found off every time. I just can't imagine that times group nbt promoting fraud company like freekamal.co.in. Due to nbt advertising i lost 3000rs. Please arrange to return my money at the earliest.

Please help me to get my money back asap and take strict action against this website owner.

I don’t want any apologies rather i would say that i need the appropriate steps which you people has taken since my request mail dtd 06.01.19

Till date i am only getting dates first it was 16.02.19 then it’s was another 5 days followed with another 3 days as per the last mail received from your side.

I think with this the one year subscription will come to an end & i have to plead you people for the hard copies.

Is it the way you treat your consumers???

Despite you being in the service industry till date i haven’t received any confirmation mail or any call from your side rather it’s me i am following up each & everyone because i had paid you from the hard earned money.

I had spoke with mr sagar (Toi) representative in my current over phone 📱 +91 [protected] who had assured me that soon it will be done. Whereas i tried your senior mr vishal (Toi) representative but he dared to respond his phone for which he takes reimbursement from toi +91 [protected]

This proves the professionalism & callousness in the entire team of
M/s bennett, coleman & co. Ltd.

Now i want to tell you that either you made provision for extension of my period for the number of days i haven’t received the copies since 06.01.19 or refund my subscription amount for the following lead no:- [protected] & [protected]

If the action is not taken immediately i will move through proper channel quoting all the above names.

A line of confirmation within 24 hrs is awaited immediately.
