I have mailed to der ID but no replies till now 1st Ticket frm Hyderabad to Udaipur on 25th March and 2nd ticket Kishangarh to Hyderabad on 27th March. It costed around 14 to 14500 to me. Sir, i am a user of videocon d2h. I have recharged my account this morning of rs380 debited from my bank account through bharat business channel limited. My d2h id[protected]. My channels are not coming and its showing that your account is not recharged. And when i see my bank account the amount of rs 380 is debited from it. Now how can i get my money back. I have paid 2500 and taken new connection .. right from the day 1 the device having signal problem... I reported this to customer care many times.. still no proper response... Nothing got fixed.. If I ask my money back .. they are not repaying......
