We have booked there service for transportation of cycle from pune to nagpur... Initially they said we need to pay after delivery . Then they picked the cycle and ask me to make full payment... They gave me tocket and told it will be delivered in 3 days at my place. Now they are not responding and they are not delivering my cycle... This guy Rathod and Chouhan bot are fraud...

I hv sent my bike from pune to chennai because they promised that the vehicle would be delivered within 4 days to chennai at your door step, believing that they would do the needful service to the customers i continued to proceed and they took the bike at door step from my pune address saarrthi sovereign society, phase 2, hinjewadi rajiv gandhi infotech park, hinjawadi, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411057

But shockingly they never delivered the bike on the said date and inspite of my continuous phone call they stopped attending my phone call and till now i did not receive my bike

They kept dragging the days by giving various contact numbers and links in order to drag the days and their phone no. Are

I have also forwarded a complaint to local and all india police station

Worst service, do not trust these guys. Review on google, everyone has the same experience.
- promised me a door to door delivery, left the bike 70 kms from my house and told me we are not responsible
- made me pay an additional 1000 for picking my bike
- promised a 4 day delivery, took 14 days
- bike was in the godown till the 9th day
- bike was damaged (Not greatly but minimal)
- the delivery guy was rude
- bike was drained because it was kept in the godown, had to get the mechanic for help to the highway where the bike was left
- called them 1000+ times but no one gives a dam once they take your money, they would cut my calls and if answered tell me its a wrong number
- rude staff, rude managers in this company
- pay double but take a reliable transport service like gati, safeexpress, agarwal etc.
- chauhan the owner, raju the worker all are the same. Full of excuses.

The worst i have ever dealt with.
