I took a service from Bhas SMS on June 20, 2024, for DLT registration and SMS, for which I paid ₹8900. However, the sales executive informed me that DLT could not be done, so I should take the SIM-based service instead. For this, they again took a payment of ₹6100 from me on June 22, 2024. The sales executive (from whom I took the service) assured me that if there were any problems, the payment would be refunded.

However, no service has been provided till now. I have called and emailed customer care multiple times, but they are not giving any satisfactory response. When I ask for a refund, they are not processing it either. The sales executive (from whom I took the product) is neither receiving my calls nor responding on WhatsApp.

When I said I would complain, customer care emailed saying they have no refund policy and suggested taking another package. I do not want any package.

Please help me get my payment of ₹15, 000 refunded from the company.

I paid Rs.1557 with gst via insta mojo.
First they told to see demo via anydesk.
They said they do no not provide demo sms in panel.
So i paid and refused to share my device.
They gave me login details when i paid
So when i tried sending sms it didn't went.
I called manager so many times but didn't pick my phone.
I got curious so i raised a refund.
This company is cheating in open.

I have paid money for 100000 SMS and they gave 10000 SMS free as well. While choosing the plan they ask me to pay more(Compare to my friend's package) for the best priority service. Even I have paid as 7800 including taxes. Later nothing.

Every time I trigger the SMS I have to inform them to clear the queue or I have to raise a ticket. Now they stopped that well.

And now I have to pay an extra 8000 for better service else SMS won't be delivered.
They are not refunding the amount or provide the service.
Please take strict action on these people. I have seen many complaint on them while trying to report the issue.

I have purchased 1, 10, 000 sms at Rs.10000+Rs.1800(GST) from Roundsms Marketing Solutions, Bangalore. Before purchase when I asked for a demo they give me 14 free credit to test. I used 10 of them to send SMS to my two different numbers. I test single message, bulk SMS from excel file with two entries and also tested from API. All SMS are delivered instantly. So I paid them the money.
After payment they told me that I cant send SMS without DLT registration. So I have to register with the operator they are working with. For that they asked me pay another Rs.5900/- for DLT registration. I paid that amount through NEFT and my registration is done as an Entity Id:[protected] with Telemarketer ID[protected] BHASH SOFTWARE LABS.

After two days when DLT registration completed and I got registered sender IDs they told me, I have to wait another 24 hours to activate my IDs (which are already activated by the DLT and linked with them). Next day my 3 out of 6 registered id get activated at their panel and they told me that I can send SMS now.

Now came the main drama, I am sending the messages to me and my departmental faculties to test and the messages are showing SUBMITTED but hardly One out of 100 delivered. I complain them and register support ticket but the result is same.

Now after 3 days they stop receiving my calls and stop responding to whatsapp chat.

Now I can feel that, I am cheated but don't know where to complain. I searched the net and I have came to this portal. So I have tried to write my concern here in my poor English. Hope readers will feel my situation.

About me, I am a faculty member of a Govt. Sponsored College in West Bengal and currently we are conduction online admission for UG courses. To send instant messages to the student we need a 100% reliable service provider but fall into a trap of sweet words and already lost Rs.17, 700/-

They don't provide salary to the employees initially 3 months they are good but after that, they will show you their original face which is hidden behind they will start giving excuses that your performance is not so good you are not doing well your jobs properly that's is why your salary is hold any many things they will tell you.. Manoj one of the cheater among them he is a vp of the company # guy then the other one is bhuvan chairman of the company they don't know how to do respect of the employee. Don't go for this company they are a cheater, not a single penny they will be provided after completing 3 months. Manoj is the black sheep most # guy in this company.

We want refund and give me solustion

I call so many time to mr. Sathis and bhash customer support and i have agreement copy for that but bhash sales teem are cheater they cant refund me. I send 10lac sms on 7th august 2015 and on 15 th i send 2lac

We are regularly call to mr sathis and he gave me committmetn that our support team give refund sms but noboddy reply and no pick up the phon also
