Dear sir I m register my complent agst. my cell phone not repaired dt 27.09.14. Ur Department call me and say Do NOC Ur problem solve and say only 100 Rs. NOC Fees. But My Db Card db by 4000 RS. OR Apke logo ne ye bataya bhi ki ha 4000 Rs. kate hai or 15 din bad payment return milega . Ajj tak na to mera amt return aya na hi set problen solve hui. Sath apke staff call pic nahi kar rahe .
