Since last introduction of Set top box local cable operators demand 250 ra but not provide proper basic packs in that big amount. According to new act consumer has right to choose only channels they need. But required 7-8 channels are not provided. The behavior of bill collecting person is very harassing, threatens to cut cable connection if asking for required channels according to law. Their rogue behavior is threatening . I need justice here. I need required 7-8 channels and need to pay according to law. I need connection back in 2 days, else I will end the connection and opt out. I would seek refund of my Set top deposit payed at beginning.

I have recharged my brds cable morning on 23 may 2020 through online Paytm on "metrocaste". But it's not activated and i following up with the brds customer care and local cable operator(sai cable) for more than 3days and they were not responding and not even repaying my amount.
