Seriously, BigHaat is really fraud company as i have received no updates about the product that i have ordered recently and the money is debited from the account...

Hello Sir,

I ordered a product from BIGHAAT INDIA company last month. My payment got debited but i didn't got my product. I messaged them on WhatsApp([protected]). They reordered my product and said it will take 5-6 days to reach. Today is 7th day still I didn't got my product. I again messaged them on WhatsApp and emailed them but i got no reply. As I have already paid them i request you to look into this matter and provide me with the refund.
