We have few Fixed Deposits (taken between Oct 2012 - Mar 2013) with Bilcare Ltd, Pune. We are still struggling to get the refund. We are planning to file Consumer Forum complaint. So, we need support from the community on this platform and website legal expert team.

a) If any one know how to handle this issue, request you to please share details here.
b) Did any one in this platform get the refund from this company successfully, you can sharr details.
c) Did any one raise complaint on this company in CLB/NCLT, Mumbai bench? If so, details in this matter is highly appreciated.

Myself, Pratima S Pillai holds FD No: 721596 dated 22.01.13 for Rs 75, 000 with Bilcare Ltd. They are not replying to my mails or request for principal amount repayment.

Fixed deposit rt no 821358 having maturity value 71290/-.original deposit was made on26/3/2013 of rs 50000) for 3years maturing on 26/3/2016. Was extended to 26/09/2017.Till date Inspire of many Remainders No response from company. I am aged of 58 years having a daughter to get married and my medical conditions require heavy money to take care. I shall highly be obliged if you could help me to get my money back at earliest

Bilcare Ltd has not paid the maturity amount along with interest on FD and it was due in 2012 and still waiting. Can someone advise if they are paying the FD maturity amount to the investors or not

My fdr no is 821647.
Fdr is mature in 2013 but till date money of my fdr or interest on fdr is credited in my bank account.
Kindly i am in need of money, so credit all money and interest on fdr in my bank account.

My father in law had made corporate deposits with bilcare ltd.in 2012 for 36 months of rs. 80000/-. They are not refunding the amount and are asking to renew the deposit. I do not want to renew it as it seems they do not have any intention of repaying them even in the future. Inspite of repeated visits and applications submitted they are not refunding the amount.

I have invested in fd on my name. Geetaben. Ishwarlal chauhan. Fd r no 716330. For rs 100000/- matured on.[protected].in spite of writing several letters and phones company is not responding and not sending our hard earned money and reply different all the time company is not following clb order also. Also they don't send clb order copy to fd holder also. I think you must help us to get our money at the earliest. I have invested on y name. Ishwarlal k chauhan. Rs 100000/- in fixed deposit. Fdr no is 712942. Matured on[protected]. Another fdr of rs. 100000/- fdr no. 721892. Matured on.[protected] but company is not paying our money. I have written many time and phoned also but every time i get different reply. I am M Parthsarathy, aged 85 years living in Chennai. I have have an FD with Bilcare (FDR # 717695) for Rs. 50000 which had got matured on 29-Oct-2015. I have not got the principal amount so far and the Investment was made through Bajaj Capital.

I am living only on my pension and interest from the FDs. Without this I have difficulty in managing my medical expenses.

It would be good if this is taken care and my principal amount is returned.

Greetings of the day

I am rafiya ibrahim sulemani and have been invested in fixed deposit scheme of bilcare ltd. On 06/02/2013 for the sum of rs:30, 000. And the realization date is 06/02/2014 for the duration of 12 months. The fixed deposit receipt no: 820044

At the time of realization of money we have already fill the necessary detail and send it back to the company through integrated enterprise, surat. After completing necessary formalities from investor point, almost more than 30 days are passed and no response is given from the company official in this matter.

I request the consumer forum to look into this matter and solve the issue asap.

I will hope that quick and positive reply will come from consumer forum and also from the company official.

I have placed a FD for Rs.80, 0000/= with Bilcare ltd on 03/11/2012 for 36 months. Into was paid for the period up to 02/11/2015. The FD receipt duly discharged was sent through Integrated Entprises to the company vide FF courier Rct:A[protected] for repayment of prpl amount.The co returned the FD receipt With endmt that CLB in its order DT 07/08/2015 granted them 15 months deferment for payment and assured to pay qly into as per terms. But, the co.neither sent int. warrants nor sent reply for delay there of.Request reply expeditiously.

I have an FDR of Rs 40000/- details as under: FDR no. 820478 Amount: Rs 40000/- Due on 21/02/14 Company has extended on its own vide their letter dated 15/11/2013 for 2 years quoting 18/9/2013 CLB order(copy not attached with letter) Company has sent a letter dated 3/7/2015 wherein they are said that they had filed with CLB for further extension variying from 9 months to 21 months based on Age of the Deposit holder & amount. Do not know the present status of CLB order. No further info from company about repayment. Checked with Kisu they are also unsure whether the Company will pay on new due date i.e. 21/02/2016 as per their records. If anybody knows about the status of FDR repayments pls share. Further we should combine our force to fight the Company in CLB. I had already sent a letter in July 2015 to CLB but no answer as yet. rgds S.D.Udeshi Mob.no.[protected]
