My father has 25 convertible debentures of Bindal Agro Chem Ltd issued on 31st December 1991. He has not received any interest or converted shares against them. It says that the debentures would have converted in 1992. Since then, the company has changed its name to Oswal Greentech.
Kindly help us cash them out or get equivalent shares against them.

I have not received any shares on conversion of this and physical certificates are lying with me. I would like to know when it has been converted and why I have still not received shares.

I received 50 shares as a result of Rs 100 converted.
Nothing received for the balance Rs100.
Not even a single letter from the company in 32 years.

I had invested in bindal agro chem ltd in 1991 and was issued debenture certificate for 25 shares dated 31st december 1991.
Subsequently the debentures were converted in to shares and now i am holding the following shre certificates:

I was never informed that this company is merged with Oswal Chem and Fert Ltd., I have written registered letters to Bindal Agro at their given address and at 1367, Fatehpur Beri, Delhi- 110 030, but the letters have been received back "" Left without address"". I am having 150 shares of M/s. Bindal Agro Chem Ltd as it was merged with Oswal Chem & Fertilizers ltd. No new equity share certificates of Oswal Chem & Fertilizers Ltd so far. Morever, not intimated any Company's information ie., financial, performance, board meeting etc.

I had equity of Bindal Agro vide Folio No.BI 508062. After merger no information has been received from Bindal Agro or the Company who has taken over this Company.

It is requested that the fresh certificates should be sent by the Company who has taken over Bindal Agro to enable me to get the same dematerialised.
