I transferred money from my UPI ID through my GPay to the bitbns UPI ID on 22 June 2021. When I tried to claim my transaction by copying the UPI transaction reference number, it said that the reference number has been claimed by someone else. I didnt receive the money in my Bitbns account at all. Kindly deposit my money in my Bitbns Wallet. I raised several tickets but none of them were answered. I'm sick of this app and starting to think these guys are a bunch of scammers.

I deposited 5000rs in August/5/2021 from my bank which is linked with bitbns, but no money is showing till now i request for a refund or the money should be added in the wallet

I have deposit amount at 9 july 2021 and all proof submitted but bitbns not replying properly, i think they run fraud company, no customer support

Whenever i try to withdraw crypto from my account bitbns makes the transaction dissapear from history. These are dangerous guys and needs some legal scrutiny on them asap.

I Have Deposited 5000 From My DBS Bank Account To BitBNS Pay Account ( My Registered Mobile Number Is Same As My Voxya Account Linked Mobile Number) On 17th June 2021. When I Checked With Their Customer Care ( [protected]@Gmail.Com), They Are Asking Me To Deposit 90k More So That The 5000 Will Be Reflected In The BitBNS Pay Account.. I Dont Trust Them Anymore And I Need My 5000 Back To My DBS Account, Please Help.

No response to ticket even after providing all information they requested.

The transaction was dated 2nd June 2021

I am helpless waiting 4 weeks.

Can someone help on priority, please!

Added money but not reflected in my account since 29th May till today dated :June 6 I think it's fraud I wanna complaint against company plz help deposited 200rs on 29th May through NEFT refrence no is[protected] money deducted same time bank says already paid to company complaint many times through raise tickets or by mail but no response plz help

I haven't heard back from bitbns ever. I emailed them on 9th May and there has been no response to my request.

I cannot sell or buy crypto from bitbns unless they disable my 2FA. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with bitbns.

I also raised a ticket for the same. My ticket id is 249817.

From 3 Weeks Bitbns Team is not crediting 10K INR in my account. I have created a ticket #210598 asking explanation and received response that they have credited my Amount to wrong account hari.cs.[protected]@gmail.com.

When asked why did they credit my amount to someone else account I still didn't receive proper response or Immediate support or neither refund was not done nor it was credited in my account. My user id is rshp.[protected]@gmail.com

The transaction was dated 28th March 2021 and It was IMPS Immediate transfer.
I am helpless waiting 3 weeks for IMPS transfer as per attached screenshot.

Can someone help on priority please !

188082 i have raised the ticket month back..still no response. On Feb 1st 2021, 3 times the amount has been debited i m having only 2 SIP plan.. y extra 5, 00 has been debited

I deposited INR 100, 000 in bitbns to buy cryptocurrency. But even after 12 hours, the money is not reflecting in my account neither did i got any refund. They are doing fraud and holding money of many customers and not returning it. Their twitter handle is full of such scams and complaints done by user with no solution at all.

I deposited 4000 INR to my bitdroplet account on 04 Feb 2021 via GPay UPI but it is still not shown in my bitdroplet wallet. The transaction was successful and even money debited from my bank accountbut it is not seen i bitdeoplet wallet yet. I have raised multiple support tickets but no one ever cared to respond till date. I am really worried as to how to depositfurther funds and how to withdraw the funds if this is the case..

BITBNS is a online crypto treading platform, it allow user to trade crypto currency . To trade need to deposit money. I have deposited Rs 1000 and Rs 2000 on Dt 04/feb/2021 via UPI. Transaction is successful but they not reflected it on there wallet balance .

We need to resolve this issue. I already raised complains . But the not responding at all.

From last two month i have put 10000/- for withdrawals on bitbns, but still it is showing pending and not done by them till now.
And they are saying that... we have inform to their bank,

On 16 august on bitbns i had requested withdrawl of rs 1000 but it is still not done by them till now.
And they are telling to just wait and wait.

I need help because no one is helping me.
I had also mailed them many times but no response till yet.

Please save my money.

And take action against them

My 1000 rs are blocked due to this problem

I have transferred 6000 inr to hdfc account of bitbns. It's not yet credited.
If it's not yet credited i need a mail saying the same so that i can file a complaint in my bank. The transaction id is[protected]. From an axis bank account with account number [protected]. It's not credited to the bitbns wallet and i am not sure how to contact them. There is no number.

I Have transfer the 2480 INR rupees from TEZ UPI on dated 15 Jan 2018 Evening but the transaction were pending since 3 days after that TEZ side transaction status were successful and amount has received in bitbns HDFC bank account. where sent whatever valid screenshots and data to support still support is not at all responding & even just keep on saying amount has not been received as I have asked them please check the statement of dated 17 Jan 2018 Time 4:15:26 PM precisely on which amount got transfer to bitbns account from TEZ UPI.
Totally response from Bitbns team is very weak/ not satisfactory as I have signed up & started to use because of friends 7-8 friends whi is trading with this platform.
Please check & send me the statement of 17 JAN 2018 & deposite or reverse the amount to my account asap

with this even also Bitbns has not been depositing amount to my wallet nor reversing the amount to my acount
