Hello, i scanned and deposited 9000/- at 11:11 am, today on 9th march, it was successful form phonepe, amount was also deducted, but despite that it was not added as per the claim by Bitbns that it will be added within 1 minute, now after few minutes i also manually submitted the ref id below. Even then it has not been added, this delayed service in depositing and withdrawing the amount is not at all acceptable and it will hamper the trading,...

I have submitted a withdrawal request of Rs 20994/- on 14-Jan-2021 on bitbns.com but the request has till date not processed and the customer care is not responding to my queries also. The cheat crypto exchanges like these should be punished by strict action.
