This is the second time since a few days that Bitbns did not add the deposited amount, this time the amount is 10, 000 INR, the deposit was done with the UPI mode, by scanning the qr code, so there is no any scope of error that it must have been sent to wrong id or so.. The UTR / reference no is[protected]

They are either negligent, or their system is misleading. This should not happen as it must be added within a minute, and even after manually submitting the reference id it does not get added for an hour and more! That is extremely annoying, fraudulent..!

Hello, i scanned and deposited 9000/- at 11:11 am, today on 9th march, it was successful form phonepe, amount was also deducted, but despite that it was not added as per the claim by Bitbns that it will be added within 1 minute, now after few minutes i also manually submitted the ref id below. Even then it has not been added, this delayed service in depositing and withdrawing the amount is not at all acceptable and it will hamper the trading, and time as well..! It has been 40 mins now, and the trading prices have completely changed!! This is extremely annoying, misleading, and disgusting..!

I have submitted a withdrawal request of Rs 20994/- on 14-Jan-2021 on bitbns.com but the request has till date not processed and the customer care is not responding to my queries also. The cheat crypto exchanges like these should be punished by strict action.

Hello, i have been repeatedly complaining / contacting bitbns trading website about the trackers on their pages.

There are many trackers they have added like (Advertising trackers) "doubleclick ad exchange buyer, " "google adword conversion."

Site analytics trackers like "google analytics."

Social media trackers like "google+ platform."

These all trackers act as spywares, which is potentially very dangerous and harmful as the site is a financial site, so people trade their money on it, and have their money invested / stocked, so the page trackers and spywares on any finance site can collect the data which is obvious, and they can easily sell / forward / use that data to know people's financial status, and can also lead to digital crimes, hacks, manipulations etc..

No any financial site in the world has any form of such additional trackers attached to their page, be it any stock market exchange websites, other crypto trading websites, banking websites etc. The main issue i am facing due to this is, i am unable to login, as my security applications are blocking the trackers on the page, and the login page doesn't get loaded, this is a form of phishing they are doing. Very annoying and untruthful behavior.

Also the bitbns owner is related to marketing bidding sites, hence adding such trackers on this trading site is suspicious. I am attaching the screenshots of what i exactly mean, also the other financial related websites pages, to show the difference. Please look into the top right corner where the security application blocks the trackers, where bitbns has ample amount of activity, whereas other websites has none, so this proves that something is fishy. Hence, if none of the money related websites have added such extra analytics or ads or trackers, why do bitbns need those..? Exactly for what purpose...?
