I Vikas had purchased a 16GB Playbook in the month of November 2011, since then there remains a charging problem and i am not able to charge and use it . I tried to get the problem fix with the Reddingston Khar branch and as adviced i had given the same for repair under warantee. I had to visit the branch more than 20 times to get my playbook and finally after 45 days i got it back and was assured that the problem has been fixed.

I bought blackberry playbook 16Gb model on 9th june of this month from Allahabad. As the playbook download latest firmware during the initial setup process and I also encountered with same process but unable to update over WiFi. I tried the same process number of times but didn't got success.besides I tried to update through BB desktop software but failed.then I rush back to the seller to replace BB playbook...

Why can't I use Netflix on my BB Playbook? I have called Netflix, and they tell me they have sent all the needed info to RIM,and are just waiting for an app from BB.

What's the deal? Is it just that BB wants me to but their movies? I have spent a lot of money on my playbook and touch. I can't even use the Android marketplace to get the app.

There seems to be some issue with the wi-fi receiver on my BlackBerry playbook.
First of all it, doesn't catch all the wi-fi signals that my other devices show.
Secondly, even if i sit next to the router, it doesn't show full strength
Thirdly, if i move 5 meters away from the router, the wi-fi signal goes off...
