service center denying service

i submitted my BLEU 476X mobile on 25-09-09 at adonis electronics pvt ltd chennai main branch 18 4th lane nugambakkam high road near to CA institute chennai- 600034. service center contact no.[[protected]].

since then two months have been passed but i haven't received any positive response from their side. they are simply postponing the dates . kindly suggest me or take severe action against them. i assure you i have...

D grade service of BLEU MOBILE COMPANY

Dear Sir / madam

I buy bleu 476x on 20/10/2008. From december 2008 I have some problem in handset (automatic on/off,, battery back up, starting, hanging ). I have warranty for this handset.They have swaped my handset twice already but still i am facing the same problems. My handset handovered to Adonis electronic Pvt ltd in Agra on 02/07/2009 for a month. And after that handset is given to Mr.kashi nath([protected]) on 30/07/2009...

Faulty Mobile & non replacement of defective charger

On 23 Jan 2009, i submitted my defective charger & data cable to Bleu Company service center (cellfonia enterprises, kalyan - w). till date despite of so many complaints & visits i haven't recived any replacement. I bought this mobile phone on 31 Dec 2008 & there is some problem in my mobile software which i wanted to be updated, but the service center head refused to deposit my phone & said i m not gonna take the responsibility...
