Hello,
we bought a 4 burner toughned glass G-004 Robust stainless steel gas cooktop from G-Mart in Pimple Saudagar Pune about 3 years back.
To our surprise and disbelief, the glass top cracked suddenly in idle condition all across its surface as if it was hit by a very high impact.
There was a blast like sound while this happened. Such cracking is seen when a normal glass it heated to high temperature and siddenly immersed in cold water.
