Hi, i have a very urgent and immediate package of my credit card from indusind bank with way bill no. [protected] which is delivered to my city on 23rd october 2018. But after that they didn't call me to deliver it to me, and showing my delivery status as "undelivered shipment held at location". Have called customer care also and they gave this excuse that landmark is not given, so even after giving 3times my landmark still they're not delivering...
