I brought a 12 month drop shipping feeds subscription plan from bluember.in, its actual price was 19999 indian rupees and their sales executive (Meghana vasudev) told me if i purchase this plan before end of june 2018, i will get the same plan for 15000 and also i will get free product integration plugin and integration will be done by their staff. no refund on cancellation, no customer support, variable products pricing.

I bought their integration-plugin plan on 30th jun. worth INR 10, 000 in which they would help setup plugin, import products list on my e-commerce website as per my requirements.
Issue#1: Inefficient customer support. Sleazy and late responses.
Before, i brought the plan, i got pre-sales calls every-day to purchase the plan. After i purchased the plan, the integration work started after 7 days, that too after nudging again and again on email and not on phone as the sales lady, doesn't pick the phone. Why now? Sales is done, right?
I even asked for another number of developer or some manager to understand and discuss more details about various queries i had. But didn't got any number.
Issue #2: The import plugin doesn't work.
The import plugin was installed but it doesn't work for my website and the process stops after some-time. I have fixed memory and other issues for the same.
I have asked them of better plugin or something that can be faster as it wasn't working as per my requirements. But didn't got a answer yet.
Issue#3: Variable pricing
Prices are changed every week. This wasn't made aware to me before i purchased the plugin-plan.
Because of all the above issues, I told them to cancel the plan and refund my money. Now, their billing team is saying that there is no refund policy and cancellations in Terms and conditions.
I haven't even used the product as it is not working out for me. I am on on-boarding stage and decide to cancel my account but these people have come up with no refund cancellation policy and its not working as per my expectations and as per promises done in pre-sales calls.

I too face same problem from them, due to not providing service, I ask them to provide refund they stop responding and when is told them I an moving legally they send me an email their billing team denied my refund request as per their terms and conditions. and they ask me to move legally. I think those bunch of idiots who are running this company don't know the Indian consumer laws. Even for the payment they are not providing a valid invoice (just only an email confirmation).

do they have any trial plans? You could have tried their trial before buying the package right?
