Their is continuous water leakage from above 2nd & 3rd floor apartment. the water is leaking from multiple places causing damage to the furniture, walls, readymade pieces, etc. i have verbally requesting to the above apartment owner but no further actions have been taken so far from society management.

I had registered with priya shah match maker for my marriage .i am 42 years old and had divorce.In my first marriage i was maaried to usa boy and it was arranged marriage through shaddi.com.My first marriage was big fraud.So I approach Priya shah .She told me i have very good proposals throughout world from good family and with good background.
I registered priya shah on 7 may 2019.I paid 90, 000 for 3 year membership.
As i was in Usa i ask her to saw me profiles for usa.She use to just send me profiles in emails and then no response from any profiles.
Priya shah then told me that Usa boys dont have any interest in getting married so i can show you london boys .You move to london.So i ask to show me Mumbai boys.After i came to Mumbai in October 2019 She told me to click new photos. So, i click new photos and send her.After that she has not shown me any proposal.Always making excuses of corona .Never picks up my phone also.i filed a complain through one legal forum .The website name is www.consumercomplaints.info.They charged me 1800 rs.No response from them also.I dont know whom to contact now.

Kindly visit our building and see for your self the amount of clutter and garbage scattered across the building, due to which there are rats and other insects. This is a very sensitive time due to Covid 19, but tenets who have piled up there unwanted stuff in building passage do not listen to our request to keep the premises clean and safe

Its an illegal stall with a tempo loaded with illegal goods and covering the footpath illegally and destroying the garder requesting the bmc to take strict action

Unauthorised unofficial vehicles are parked in 2nd hasanabad lane Santacruz West opposite Mamujee chemist. It belongs to the mechanic who is working in this lane . He has made a total mess in the area by parking his vehicles around . He thinks the road to be his own property and works like a King without realising that his unofficial unauthorised vehicles disturbs the residents . Pls it is a humble request to take action against him and his vehicles by towing it away. Some of the particulars of the vehicle

And there are several other vehicles without number plate in junk condition parked around the illegal and encroached garage by this mechanic
We residencies of the around area have several times requested him to remove these junk vehicles but he back answers and behaves as if the municipal road is his personal property.

Veronica road Bandra West . The person named Amar who pick up the garbage is very loud and uses abusive language. Doesn’t come for days to pick up garbage.
Behaves like a goon and fight on the road with ladies and ppl around. Very bad behaviour. Check yourself

This is to inform you that the above said R.V. Creation is carrying out garments factory business from the above said address. I wish to bring to your notice the major part of the above factory is covered illegally by covering the roof top with plastics sheets to hide the illegally covered area underneath. I may like to bring to your notice that the said factory was completely demolished by the B.M.C. few months back, But after bribing the B.M.C. official they have again erected and covered the entire area illegally and operating from there in a full fledged manner. May I once again request you to please take immediate action to domestic the illegal structures and to ensure that they does not repeat the same again and again. Your early action will be appropriated in the interest of the honest citizen of the states.

I stay in premodyan bldg in 12th road. The lift in my building are in very bad condition. The lifts do not have the condition to be operated. Everyday ppl get stuck in it and watchman removes them from lift in very dangerous way. The committee doesn’t want to maintain them properly. Pls help.
During rainy season the lifts have water leakage also. No one is taking responsibility here. Today a driver was stuck for 15 mins. It’s very critical and dangerous situation. Pls help🙏

Behind BMC office. Near ladies Toilet there is too much Garbage and Trash remain unclean from last Two months.
No sweeper comes to clean or pickup the Trash .People residing near getting ill.Mostly Childrens .Its a humbly request to BMC Department to look in this matter at early.

The people of our area have problem, because of light broken.in that part the street light is broken by accident. Theive are robbering in midnight. The street is not there and people are making room upper part of light. That people is blocking the galli. Please help in santa cruz west, gazdhar bandh, laundry galli opp - hira moti building, shree nilkanteshwar mahadev mandir.

My vehicle tata safari was forcefully and wrongfully picked up by BMC from my residence at Bandra west as OWNERLESS when I was at office in Chembur. This happened despite my elderly father-in-law telling them that we owned the vehicle. I had to leave my job and young children alone and rush to release the vehicle at Andheri . Only after paying 5000/-rupees plus indemnity bond ,the vehicle was released. After raising RTI regarding the same,I am now informed by mr. Mulgunkar (AMC) that despite a mr. Machewad's authorization on paper ,his office is not responsibile for the pick-up.The Andheri office says they are only following instructions from Bandra BMC office. The other concerned officers from BMC bandra are transferred.
HOW CAN THIS BE...IS THIS AN ILLEGAL MONEYMAKING VENTURE /SCAM OF THE BMC by issuing false receipts under false claims. THIS HAS CAUSED MY FAMILY MEMBERS and MYSELF GREAT INCONVENIENCE AND TRAUMA...
I INTEND PURSUING THIS MATTER ..since THEY MAY BE COLLECTING MONEY ILLEGALLY FOM MANY OTHERS...Is this the way public servants earn their keep...by harassing taxpaying working citizens??
Till date I have filed numerous complaints and RTIs ...and I now intend going to the court for filing corruption charges against the officer personally...ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRCIATED..thank you.
