M WARD ISNT IT TIME FOR ACTION???
WATER IS OUR RIGHT. IT IS UNDER THE BASIC NECESSITIES. WE ARE FACING WATER PROBLEM SINCE SO MANY YEARS NOW, ONLY BECAUSE OF FEW CORRUPT PEOPLE. I HAVE OBSERVED THAT "M WARD" IS THE ONLY WARD HAVING TREMENDOUS NOS OF AGENTS ROAMING OUT FOR WATER CONNECTION. WHAT IS THIS? THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
WE KNOW THAT THERE IS A CRISIS ALL OVER MUMBAI, BUT...
