I have paid the amount of ticket fare, haven't received the QR ticket. Please provide refund...

I recharged for 200 rs on 20th july but online top-up isn't happening even though the money is deducted from the account.
Please do the needful

    A sum of rs.300/- was debited from my a/c for recharge of metro card no.[protected] on 18th Aug 22 via Google pay .Card balance remains the same. UPI/DR/[protected]/[protected]@INDUS/ UPITRAN//MI2WFTKOG1920G3VVFU1T Dr.18/08/22 at 17:04:12. Please arrange to settle the issue.

        Hi team,

        On 27/11/2019 i am traveled from hosahalli metro station to jayanagar
        So around 10 am i waiting for my colleague at the metro platform at hosahalli
        I am not taken 2 metro station my colleague didn't came i also came to know
        That is not a place to wait so i went and stand over near by steps.
        But home guard (Sowmya m) is followed me and come to near by steps and telling go out from the metro station and treated like a dog.

        And i cross checked with the other metro home guards and got the information we can wait
        Atleaset few minutes near by steps same thing i informed to her today morning arount 10am at hosahalli
        Metro station but she is not listing (Sowmya m) and stared talking with singular words and discussing with other public
        In the platform regarding this and taking advantage.

          Dear sir / madam,

          I had done online recharge on 19th sep 2019 to my metro card for 500/- and successfully got debited from my bank account but could see till now the amount is not been credited to card.

          Though i tried contacting to nearest station/ call center still no response from them and don't even bother to revert on my calls or mails.

          Can you look in to this and do the needful asap.

            This is the daily incident happening at peenya industry metro station. The parking charge is fixed in all metro stations but here they are charging as much as they want. And they will not issue the return ticket which will calculate the fare. They deny issuing this ticket and today when forced to issue the return ticket, they gave and the fare was only 15Rs but they were charging 30Rs. Imagine how much money they will make in a day through this fraudulent.
            And most important they people who sit there was drunk today, and he was not able to stand in a place properly.
            This issue was not there with the people who were handling the parking area before, i don't know why they were removed and these new cheating people have been put.
            With all due respect kindly take a proper action.
            I checked out last night... But machine says I haven't... They deducted 100rs from my card. Bad experience.

              Today morning i came to j p nagar metro station. The checking lady was not inside the checking cabin she was daily chatting outside. We have wait inside the cabin to check. She is using bad language when i asked. Using singular language. Totally her behaviour is worst. She was shouting at me you should come. Early to catch the train wait like that. I am a daily commuter of metro.. Daily i am observing the checking lady will be chatting outside. We have to wait inside. If i ask why you are doing like that.. Shouting at us with abuse language.

                Hi,
                I am a regular lady traveller via the esteemed metro service. Due to unavailability of cash and any atm near by, i had requested the following employee (Image attached) at jayanagar metro station to recharge my card via my debit card. However she plainly refuses to do so even though the service has been made available by bmrcl.

                On repeated requests from her fellow colleagues as well, she refused and continued behaving rashly. Had her colleagues also refused the same, being a woman, it would have been very difficult for me to travel at such late an hour at night, especially as i stay at nagasandra.

                Kindly take the matter seriously so as to prevent further inconvenience.

                  Whom i should ask all these questions.
                  Bmrcl operates with tie up or contract employes. They say that i am not responsible for any quaries relating to bmrcl. They don't work for bmrcl.

                  Regarding my metro card no.[protected]. I travelled from trinity station to byappanahalli station 3 days back. At the exit point the card showed invalid. So the security at the gate told me to go to customer care next gates. I went there, they checked card and issued one token to exit with that. I waited there for about 15 mins. I thought my problem was solved.

                  After 3 days on sunday afternoon about 2.45 pm when i tried to enter the bayappanahalli metro station entry gate the same issue rises. It says invalid. At that time same procedure, the security told me to go to customercare next to gate. I went there, showed her the card, she says it's invalid, because 3 days back you entered at trinity stn and you did not exit at all. For that i need to pay the fine rs. 50. I asked her why i should i pay. I told her all that happened 3 days back. She asks me in reverse the question, did i was there at that time. You go and ask whoever was there on that day. When i asked her, you work for bmrcl, she says, no i don't work for bmrcl. I am a contract employee. So i have nothing to do for you. I was travelling with my 10 year son, who was standing inside the gate. Whereas i was standing outside. By all these it was 30 to 45 minutes. Later i paid money and bought a ticket waiting in que for about 15 mins. I travelled. But i reached my destination. I missed the programme. I was supposed to attend by 4 pm.

                  I want clarity where did they mention about penalty. Is it not there responsibility to make us clear that when we go with some problem for customercare to solve with full clarity.
                  Now i what to do with my card and money in it.
