Dear sir,
I am Kishore I have insurance policy from Max bupa. I am attaching my policy document here.
I got admitted to hospital in March 2 times for my operation.
I am also attaching my hospital bills and summary. As per policy, Hospital should return my deposit amount once claim is approve. Now my claim is approved but Hospital is not returning my deposit amount of 5000rs two times 2500.
They are asking to connect with insurance company. Main both claims are approved and settle. Still hospital is not returning deposite amount of each times . Attaching receipt also here. I spoke to call center and they asked me to send mail. I am attaching call center complaint no as well here.
Request to please reimburse my 5000 rs which I deposited to hospital two times 25000rs

    Hello Team,

    NEVER TRUST THIS HOSPITAL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.

    I want to bring in your notice the very unprofessional behavior of your hospital .
    I am a employee of Infosys and and based in Manchester UK away from my parents as this is long term assignment.

    Today morning 13/02, my mother faced a head injury and my father along with others rushed to your hospital
    to admit /consult her.
    Your reception Team behaved very unprofessional and told that none of the doctor is available for next two hour !!!
    How come this is possible? She is 60+ and has a head bleeding, we as your customer is ready to pay you then what went wrong,
    It is hard to belive that non on the doctor is available in whole hospital.


    I am born and brought up in that City so just thinking now do hospital admit patience based on final bill amount which could be claimed from that patience/customer !!!
    My father has to take her to other hospital and that delay has resulted in making her condition worst .
    Why and what makes your staff behaves in such a way ?
    If your staff behaviour is not the reflection your management strategy then this must be corrected, Please

    I would try my best to tell this experiance to other fellow friends so at least no one in case of emergency rely on you.


    Hope you can change this approach..

      On the date of discharge, Receptionist told to collect the receipt to us at End of the day and later on when we went there to collect that receipt, hospital staff told that the same person who have taken the cash will be provided receipt. But Receipt was not provided to us till now and the patient was discharged on 2-Feb-2014. Now the Mediclaim Company ask for an original receipt to approve the claim and hospital denied to provide the receipt. Please help.
