I placed an order through this site on 3rd November 2023, and paid online. It's 28th November today haven't received my order. Phone no. is not available, no response through mail too. My order ID is OID139 and the book I ordered was "Friends, lovers and the big terrible thing by Mathew Perry". The price of the book is ₹639....

I had placed an order for books and paid online but they don't deliver the order. The company phone number is not working and they don't respond to mails either....

I placed an order of a book that’s worth 664/- on 29th of October 2023. However, as I got a better deal on Amazon, I decided to cancel the order the same day or next day. Anyways, even after sending multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, instagram messages to cancel OID117 and refund, I haven’t received a single response from BookishSanta. Tried to call the number provided in the website, but it’s always switched off....

I have place an order for Rs.369 (The poppy war) from bookish santa on 19/07/2023. My order was confirmed (order no BS84934) and a link has been sent to track the order. Since yesterday the link isn't working and the website isn't replying to any of my queries. So I requested for cancellation of my order but they didn't reply to my request....

I've ordered books for Rs.1122. They delayed the order and cancelled. I was told the refund will be processed within 7 working days. I haven't received the refund. They have stopped replying on whatsapp, Instagram, email and don't pick my calls. I have even sent them mails and nessages asking if I could purchase something else for that money and still no reply....

I preorder a book on 6th August 2021 (Order ID BS28788) As it was a preorder i waited this long but till now no information is provided and they dont respond to any of my emails and i can't even cancel it thier whatsapp is not working....

I had ordered books 15 days ago. No communication or information from their end since then.

I had placed an order for a book called "Will Grayson, Will Grayson" and instead I recieved plastic plant holders inside a box. I did not recieve my book. I have been trying to contact them via email and via phone but no response has taken place from their side. Highly disappointed...

In ordered a book on 12 october and not received yet. According to Bookish Santa's policy Book should be delivered in 5 to 7 days but I've not received the book yet. I already paid the amount and tried to contact the company but they are not responding my messages and phone calls.
