I have booked the tata sky dth by online through the bookmydth.com. My order number is 24223, in the name of vinothkumar, bodinayakanur, theni, tamilnadu. The amount got deducted from my account (Rs.2051.91). From their side nobody is not responding my calls and message. Please help me to get my amount back. My contact number is [protected]. I have contacted gauthami (Contact no : [protected]) bookmydth for videoconhd connection. She has chatged 2250 with two months free connection. Installation was done next day on 23-mar-2018. However it was for month. Upon contacting bokmydth they have provided another contact no ([protected]) and advised to contact him one day before for next month free recharge. Upon contacting person has extended for only 10 days and now either bookmydth...

I had booked dth through bookmydth.com on the assurance of same day installation. They failed and not attending calls. Order no 21501. Track id.[protected]
. Please do take necessary action. My suggestion is not to book dth from this site. Go to local vendor nd immediately fix it. They even charge 12 rs per metre for cable. Where dish tv charges 9 rs/ mtr for cable...
