Bookmyforex didnt meet its commitment. Orders not Delivered
Bookmyforex didn’t meet its commitment . I placed two orders with the help of your call center agent .please find the attached screenshot for your reference. I was informed both my orders will be delivered by today before 9 PM . I haven’t received it yet.
I AM REALLY LOOSING TRUST HERE. COMMITMENTS NOT MET.
CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE TAKES AGES TO BE ANSWERED BY AN AGENT
CHAT SUPPORT NO RESPONSE
I WONDER HOW COULD I TRUST BOOKMYFOREX WITH MY MONEY.
IF I NEED SUPPORT WHEN I AM ABROAD, GOD KNOWS HOW I WILL GET IT .
Please look into this matter and get those orders delivered ASAP.

The same here. Poor order servicing and customer care never reachable. Need to wait for hours in the calls/chat message. Still waiting to get my card.

forex card reloading

I had purchased a forex card from bookmyforex.com on 5th nov. 2019 for my family trip to dubai (17th nov. To 22 nov).
Forex card along with kit containing reload form was delivered to me on the same day.
I required an urgent payment to make on 22 nov. Due to shortage of funds in card, i thought of reloading it, which was a simple process (Fill the form in kit and pay money - as described by customer care in india) but that was not the case on the day.
I filled the form and paid the amount required to lock the price (Approx rs. 2300 for rs. 1, 15, 000) at around 11 am.
When i contacted customer care for further details of getting forex on my card, he was not able to provide me any solution in 7-8 minutes and my call disconnected due to low balance.
Then i approached my relative to follow up to get the procedure. He was told that i have to fill another form and form, which i have uploaded from the kit, is of wrong format.
I was in middle of something and i was asked to take printouts and upload the filled form duly signed physically.
I had to make payment with my indian credit card which costed me more than if i have not opted for bookmyforex.com forex card and rather keep cash.
This is a matter a grave concern that company like bookmyforex.com treats its customers very poorly and they provided me kit with wrong format form which shows unprofessional behavior towards its customers.
Funds were transferred to card when they were of no use.

Thank you for raising your concern. Please be informed that completely filled and signed reload form is the mandatory requirement form the card issuing bank. The reload form you shared was not complete and you shared the complete reload form at 3:05 PM, the payment received at 5:14 PM on 22nd November and card was reloaded at 8:10 PM. Our Card reloading TAT is 6-7 working hours and in your case the card was reloaded within 3 working hours post receipt of the payment.
We regret if you have faced any inconvenience during this period.
