I had booked mobile for rs.3999.20 on 22nd march 2020 and the transaction was done through net banking and it was successful vide payment id[protected], merchant order id-[protected]; merchant transaction identifier - [protected]. I thought due to lockdown it was delivered.. But to my surprise that site itself not woking and product is not yet delivered....

I had ordered a speria k5 notch phone from bookmyphone.in on 11th march 20 and paid online rs.4499 same day. But since then i am not getting any information about the order. The company has provided a fake helpline no. And a fake email i'd. My order no. Is [protected]. I think the company is total fraud and would have cheated thousands. I am sending emails and have been trying to call them but neither of the two responds. Plz help me to refund...
