Bookmyshow-sunburn Groove Cruise Complaints & Reviews

I got a message from BookMyShow 10days ago and I've been continuously trying to reach to them for support, neither BookMyShow nor Sunburn Groove is helping at all.

I'm not sure is that official or not because I just got one message after that no official mail or anywhere on social media or anything I'm not sure was it real or a Spam and I've trying to clear that out for past 10 days and no way to connect...
