Unfortunately I got a trolley which was on sale from the market place FB the product yet to be delivered
Now the site itself is not there and how do I go about getting the refund or the trolley...

I ordered a multi-layer-storage-rack from this website on 21st June 2021, and also paid online. My order number is #1402.I got the order confirmation mail also.
It hasn't been delivered yet and I can't track my order....
