Bounce Bike Rental Application Complaints & Reviews

I book an hourly rental bounce for 2 hrs but the bounce has some. Mechanical issues and was not moving from its place.
Struggled for half and hour to end the ride but nothing happened and right now I have been charged rs 400 as due amount...

Today i.e. on 14th April 2019 in Bangalore near vega city mall i have booked bikes in bounce application and the booking IDs are below:

1.I booked a bike which is 7min walk from my location and when i went there it's not responding. I didn't understand what to do in that hot sun.
