Hi,
I had purchased bpl vivid television – 80cm (32″) hd ready led tv model from amazon on august 2017.
Since last 25 days, tv is not starting. Audio and video are not working.
I tried calling bpl customer care 4 time and also sent emails, but none of the call picked up, or replied.

Since last 25 days tv is not working, and no service agent yet attended my complaint.

            I sent a complaint to bpl care on August 17, 2020. and bpl technician visited to my home but Lack of part did not fix LED tv
            So technician order part from bpl customer care but part has not been received from BPL care yet
            I have already 2 year extended warranty.

              We have purchased bpl stellar series 80cm 32inch hd ready led smart tv in the month of november 2019.

              We got a problem with tv and raised a compliant through customer service and got a number r200720tir28483 on 20july2020. Technician came on 21july2020 and check the tv and said that television main board fault and i have raise order and it will be reach in 10days. And after that we follow many days with technician and as well customer care we don't get problem resolved till date (21aug2020).

                My name is Jithin from Palakkad, Kerala. I bought a BPL Smart TV on[protected]. Model is BPL Stellar series 80cm 32 inch HD ready LED Smart TV. And within a short time (in April), picture and sound not working. We gave a complaint to BPL as it is having 1 year warranty. And they responded in May and one of the BPL guy came and said that the board is not working and he had taken the TV on May 2020. After 2 week I have called him and he said the board is coming from Bangalore and BPL Bangalore office is making the delay. I have give the complaint to BPL customer care as well. After 3 months, no response/updates from anyone of them. It's a new TV and it got complaint within a short time and they don't have any reputation to make it clear quickly. I don't know what kind of service they are providing. Please help me to sort this issue by taking necessary action

                    The LED TV is still in warranty and its speaker supply card has not been working for the past 1 week. Only the video is coming. Watching channels. Empty voice is not available in the speaker. There is a lot of trouble and there is no hearing on contacting the shopkeeper. Neither the service center is hearing. Facing too much trouble. Quickly get our led TV repaired. It is currently under warranty. You will be very pleased to fix this The supporting documents of this, I am uploading with it so that you can see it.

                      Dear customer care service team,

                      I have purchased one bpl stellar series hd ready smart tv (Imei/serial no: w[protected]) through flipkart vide order id: od[protected], invoice no. Fab1jm[protected], dated 28.01.2020 (Invoice attached). The tv was delivered at puttur, chittoor dist., andhra pradesh - 517583, and installed by service engineer during first week of feb 2020.

                      Though the tv was installed, no set top box is connected to it and hence it was barely used.in many instances, the tv got switched off on its own, while checking the apps provided in the tv.

                      On 29th april 2020, when tried to connect the mobile phone through screen mirroring, it got connected and within a very short time, the tv got switched off on its own and did not turn on when tried several times. Tried after changing the batteries in the remote too, but in vain.

                      With no alternative left, the only power cable available (No other cable is connected to tv) was disconnected from power socket and left it as such for one hour or so. When tried to turn on the tv after one hour or so, this time tv got turned on but with a fully green filled screen and nothing else.

                      As the tv is under warranty, tried to contact the toll free number of customer care service[protected], who informed that they are not in a state to register any complaint due to covid-19 lockdown. I requested him to provide any technical support, if anything possible, over phone. But he told that no service engineer is available and asked to call after lockdown period to register a complaint.

                      As the lockdown in the country is uncertain, how to register a complaint if the lockdown period continues beyond my warranty period and whether my warranty will be valid??

                      The customer care support told that they cannot register any complaint right now without giving any assurance of providing the service engineer.

                      Please provide the service engineer support to attend the above said repair of my tv at the earliest.

                      Also, please confirm whether the validity of the warranty period will be valid after the lockdown period if the given warranty period expires due to continued & uncertain lockdown period.

                      Registered the complaint in flipkart as well, who contacted me on[protected] and asked to register complaint with bpl.

                      Hoping that the complaint is registered and service engineer will be provided at the earliest.

                      I request once again to rectify the repair of my newly purchased BPL TV before the warranty period expires, i.e., by January 2021.

                        Bought a new bpl washing machine. It was defeated from fge beginning. For one year i get technicians coming and changing parts and still its defected. Sent more tgen 15 emails to them. They send me an apology email back and laugh at my face. Scheduleling a technician but no one shows up. I dont know what to do any more. Im in rage. Customer service is the worst iv ever encountered. From the service center now has decided my machine is ok and the fact that it dosent acstract the soap is tge way this machine is working. Please help!!!

                          I purchased a bpl 32 inch led tv from bpl. On 21rd dec 19, now has no display since 03 jan 2020, within 10 days it was repaired, i called on the customer care number and was told that technician will contact me in 48 to 72 hrs. However no one contacted or called me. I am calling band emailing them every alternate day. They give a scripted reply everytime. Please help me as i am cheated by the company.

                              Sir i have raised a request r190813jod09554 on 13 aug19 to repair my washing. Technician visited my home on 23aug19 and reported faulty washing motor. After a long and several times conversation with customer care service washing motor for repair has been dispatched on 29aug 19. Till the time it has not reached to me. I talked again many times even with zone manager of rajasthan area but everybody is beating about the bush.

                                I have purchased the LED TV of BPL 32 inch from Cloudtail India Private Limited via Amazon platform on 25th Nov, 2018. The LED display stopped working suddenly in the month of June, 2018 and had registered a complaint at BPL Service Center and BPL Service agent visited onsite and checked the TV and registered a call with call id: 1907F[protected] and assured the part of the product will be received in 7-10 days and part will be replaced in the TV within next 2 days.
                                But till now, whenever I asked the service center and customer support team, they say the part is not available and same whenever available will be replaced. It is not a valid reply, as per the terms of Warranty, the product should be repaired within time. BPL is violating the terms of Warranty and is not good. We being the customer is suffering alot. The BPL should immediately either repair the product or replace the product with the new product (same model or model latest to my current model) and should pay the inconvience cost to me.

                                Washing machine is in breakdown condition since 60 days and inspite of assurance from customer care number of times till date the problem has not attended. Very poor response and nobody is interested in resolving the issue just forwarding and asking me to wait for 24 hours.

                                  My name is Karankumar Anil Sawant,
                                  I've purchased BPL(BFATL62K1) washing machine.
                                  I've ordered this online though Amazon on 10 August 2019 and it was delivered to me on 23rd August. On second day 24th August my installation was done, but due to no connection (water fitting) the demo was pending. After 4 days we make our water connection and started to use it. But while using it, I realized that, that is not working as per the user manual. So I started calling to Brand since 6th Sept 2019. With continues calling to brand after long period finally they send the person for a demo purpose on 18th Sept 2019. The person come for demo purpose told me that it's a defective product hence not working as per user manual and it is necessary to replace it or to repair.
                                  Already the brand has taken too much to send the person, and they're saying me that for replacement purpose I've to call to Amazon. Already the 10 days replacement window from Amazon has been expired.

                                  And while calling to to brand they're just wasting my everytime by saying Wait till 48 hours.

                                  Today I've no Patience for the same, because I've already spent too much time on this.

                                  Kindly help me on this.

                                    I purchased this product two year back (From amazon (Order # order #[protected]. Recently it stopped working. I made a service request on company’s call center (Via number r190902raj11467 from my register mobile number [protected]). I was assured to attain my request within 48 hours but nobody even called. After time limit i again contacted to call center and this went on...
                                    I called up several times and finally also intimated to amazon about the problem. I also send email to company. After 10 days of constant calling, emailing, amazon’s intervention and my frustration, i received an email from company that my service request will be attuned shortly...
                                    Actually this people do not have any service setup anywhere in the county!
                                    When i asked local service people of other brand they all told one thing, ‘never ever by this product’. If this product stops working, company will not send parts and nobody will repair this product.’
                                    Meanwhile i got checked the product form other expert and came to know that i have breakage of drum issue in the product. After 12 days of waiting i received a call from a person said that he is ‘third party representative’ and will charge rs. 550+18% for visit. I asked him fine, i will pay but now i know that there is breakage of drum issue. The ‘third party representative’ said, though i will charge and then i will send email to company and let you know the cost of parts and when i will come again with part, i will charge rs. 550+18% again and whatsoever charges of parts...

                                        Ashing machine jumps with huge noise and tears clothes when ever it spins, half the time the spin does not work. Machine purchased just 3 months. From day one this problem is there. Some times it spins some time not, i get confused if it stopped after wash or rinse, i have to manually rinse and put it for drying. If i try spin separately it drains water and then changes its program to rinse and start taking water, m in chennai wasting water is sin.

                                        When ever i complain they take it, some technician calls. Tech ask if the machine is under warranty, as soon as i say yes, they don;t come and the complaint is cancelled automatically. I tried phone/email everything.

                                        I would like a new machine replacement with washes, rinse and spin without tearing clothes.

                                            Pathetic service from bpl – the experience is a nightmare!
                                            I purchased a bpl ac less than a month ago
                                            There is water leaking from the unit
                                            I have called the customer care on 26th of april and registered a complaint

                                            I have a 8 moth old baby who is unwell and the temperature is 42 degrees
                                            Have been calling them every day and have sent 2 emails

                                            No one seems to know what is happening and they say that they are prioritizing the request
                                            Everyone says that someone will call and no one has contacted us. No one has called us
                                            Please be human and understand our problems

                                              Called bpl customer care for ac free service and registered service request (R190416ban05349) and from 10 days non stop i am chasing bpl over phone and email address but dial getting same update saying technician will call you shortly. Bpl is cheater and never attend customer wherever they have to provide free service for product. If you enquire about product you will get 100 call in the day but once you buy the product they will never response.

                                              I would suggest not to buy any bpl product they are fraud.

                                                I have purchased a washing machine bpl 6.5 kg semi automatic top loading washing machine (Bsatl65f1, dual colour) on 11th october 2018. It has stopped working on 18th february 2019. I called consumer care and a technician came to visit and said that the motor of the machine has stopped working. And said that it will be repaired in few days (Approx within a week). But its now approx a whole month (Dated[protected] and machine has not been repaired. Everytime i call the consumer care executive, they keep saying that the part is not available
                                                A very bad service of yours. Kindly make it repair as soon as possible
                                                I purchased a BPL front load 7.5 Kg washing machine through Flipkart, which was having 2 years of warranty. The washing machine got damaged during warranty period but the BPL refuses to replace the machine parts saying scarcity of spare parts.

                                                BPL products are not reliable and is never a right choice.

                                                  We believe that BPL is one of the most popular brand in electronics.

                                                  Therefore, we have recommended and purchased BPL washing machine 6.5KG Semi Automatic loading (BSATL65F1) on dated 26th Sept 2018.

                                                  We have used hardly 3 days was in this machine, same we had facing probelm of timer not working properly.

                                                  we have lodged the complaints as following:

                                                  Complaint Lodged: on 3rd Oct 18. engineer was visited after multiple follow-ups more then 15 days and observation of timer is faulty, he had resisted services part replacement and same has deliver after 12 days but problem not resolved. after more observation from engineer the problem was swing moter Conclusion: NOt resolved
                                                  Complaint Lodged: dated: 28th November. still not resolved.
                                                  We are suffering more then 2 months of machine not working properly. BPL is very good brand i we dont know why this is happening. This is showing and spoiling of BRAND name as well as company image.

                                                  We are requesting you kindly replace the full unit or change the module.

                                                  we looking forward you support and more venerable & satisfactorily response from you.

                                                    I have purchased a washing machine of bpl 6.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine on 23rd march 2018. It stopped working on 1st oct 2018 and i have given a complaint to customer care on 04th oct 2018 and executive has visited and said that some parts need to change. From that day onwards i'm continuously following up with the customer care and there is no response from the team. I have written mails for resolution of repair or replacement of washing machine but still no reply has been received. Replace the washing machine on immediate basis.

                                                    After the continuous follows ups with the BPL wecare team they have proudly closed the complaint ticket with out resolving the issue. its the worst services receving from the BPL washing machine
                                                    I have logged a complain for a machine part change since 2 months they are not even bothered to solve the issue they just say the company is not getting the part it been 1 year since i have purchased it

But they did not provide any technician for it and giving stupid excuses.Comitting 48 hours for service but 5 days had spent but no response. And even not forwarding calls for complaint and not giving any complaint no. Kindly help me how can I sought out this problem?

Cuatomer care exec name :danish refuses to give full name and register balmy service complaint saying we do not service bpl fridge that is an old purchase. He point blank denied the complaint. We as a consumer are being denied service of a product that is a bpl priduxt for a reason that its a old purchase.

                                                            The machine is not working properly. I had complaint again and again during warranty period but did not get any satisfactory service the machine is still in defected mode.

                                                            On 14th May 2018 we purchased BPL 139 cm (55 inch) LED TV from Amazon for library. Model Number is BPL127F2010J/BPL139F2010J I. No. J[protected]. 28th Sept TV stopped working. 9th Oct, engineer inspected TV informing issue with board & will be replaced. Till today issue is not solved. send email informed that we file complaint with con forum.
