I received a message to my mobile number that i have received a prize o[censored]SD 850, 000 in the 2009 BT mobile draw, i have also received a certifcate that i'm the winner so please advise whether it is true that British telecommunication plc conducted this survey, also please tell whether i'm the winner of the prize amount o[censored]SD 850, 000. they are charging me RS 45, 100 INR.

When I submit the details to given mail ID, i have been informed...
