iam attaching the copy of the message that has send along with this., pls find me out that whether this is fake or not, they are asking to pay a cash of amount of indian rupees to Indian airpot for clearance.

they told the mobile number is attached with this mail( ticket number - 4BTUK2011), and the ballot number ( BT52062011/80)
they have even attached a BRITISH DIPLOMAT ID CARD along with this, pls find me out whether the man is fake or not
