I have ordered shoes through the brothersfootprint.com . I have paid 499 rupees for that item. After that I didn't get that shoes and I'm unable to open that site. They took my 499 rupees and didn't send that item . Now I'm unable view that site.please make it sure.....

I am writing this application to inform you that I bought a pair of shoes on this site on 4th August, 2020. I have already paid it through credit card but its been more than 1 month and they still haven't delivered my order. Moreover, when I tried to contact them through email they said that my order will take maximum 2 weeks to be delivered. So, please I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible. I may be greatly obliged to you....

Ordered sandals costing rs. 499.00 through credit card, still neither the items is received nor the refund. Brothers footprint replying nothing and now their site is down....

I have place an order for the shoes on 16.07.2020. but didnt receive the consignment yet. we have to teach a lesson to the is kind frauds or others will also follow the same way to make money. Please take some action.
