I am Belgian, expat in Croatia.
I sent a package for my granddaughter on February 2. CE[protected]HR
Since February 6, he is still at the BRUSSELS EUROPEAN MAIL CENTRE!
I don't know if my little girl will have her blanket before summer!
And they say Croatian post is slow!!!

I mailed a package from the U.S. to a family member who lives in Belgium. He paid to have it delivered to his home yet he did not receive it. The package was held for no reason by your customs and the mail center. It was sent back to the U.S. sender. During this process several Items were broken. I want my Family member to be refunded. I have sent other packages and they were delivered. There is no excuse for the actions taken. My family and his were very mistreated. How can I be sure this will not happen in the future. I would like an explanation. and a refunding of funds to my family member. The package tracking number is. CH[protected]US. If you find and follow it you will see the careless actions taken.

My name is Rosa Gomez and I have sent a package to my goddaughters which has not been delivered. The package was sent on the 29th of September 2021 with a tracking number of CH[protected]US it appears to be held in customs and there is no sign of it being delivered. It has been over two months and I have not received any information as to why it is being held. This package is a gift to my goddaughters which they are anxiously waiting to receive. Would you be so kind to investigate this matter and keep me informed? I would prefer the package to be delivered, but if that is not possible I would appreciate an explanation and the returned package.

Mijn naam is Rosa Gomez en ik heb een pakket naar mijn peetdochters gestuurd dat niet is afgeleverd. Het pakket is op 29 september 2021 verzonden met het trackingnummer CH[protected]US. Het lijkt te worden vastgehouden door de douane en er is geen teken dat het is afgeleverd. Het is meer dan twee maanden geleden en ik heb geen informatie ontvangen over de reden waarom het wordt vastgehouden. Dit pakket is een geschenk aan mijn peetdochters waar ze met spanning op wachten. Zou u zo vriendelijk willen zijn deze zaak te onderzoeken en mij op de hoogte te houden? Ik heb het liefst dat het pakket wordt bezorgd, maar als dat niet mogelijk is, stel ik een toelichting en het teruggestuurde pakket op prijs.

I ordered for a small packet of consignment from usa it was posted and from usps origin facility silver spring, md 20914 on the 6th of march 2019, it then arrived in belgium on the 13th of the same month. It been held in the customs since 14th till 19th it is there because i am monitoring with the tracking number.
I do not know how to contact european mail centre.
