Bsr travels does not have permit for many buses, they are operating illegally, bsr owner is a cricket bookie and they transport passengers to show front. Bsr travels transport black money, ganja, drugs and unknown explosives. I have written the sane to election commision, enforcement directorate. Vigilense. Rto, central finance minister, central home minister to invetigate about these travels. Their staff all are goons and gondas. At least police officials should keep an eye on all these bsr travels. Owner belongs to bheemavaram, who is close to current government. They loot money using redbus, they stop in middle of road saying that sensor issue. And taken vehicle to jungle side to escape from rto officer, which is coming from hyd to mys. All passengers suffered a lot, dtivers are doing rowdyism. Please take strict action, i have mailed to consumer court and supreme court to do favour.

We had booked a bus of BSR tours and travels from Tanuku(Kamadenuvu complex) to Kukatpally Hyderabad
Bus arrival time is at 10:05pm today, however the bus arrived at 11:00pm. After calling the driver name P. Venu he is speaking in a very rudely and in a rash way that you people need to wait until the bus comes and it will delay for sure, so what... This is the way is he speaking. Also after reaching the boarding point he did not called back as well.
Very arrogant behaviour, we had meeting tomorrow morning in the office. If there will be delay in dropping in Hyderabad and if his way of driving is rash who is responsible?????
Request you to please take immediate action against him. Not only we many people scolded him about his rude behaviour.

No waiting time for bus drivers and cleaners rude behavior for customers telling that go to another bus is the answer

I am paying the amount and book the ticket but not pickup the passenger

They provide substandard DABBA BUS and charges are equivalent to Volvo / Betz charges. Abnormal sound, AC issue, never maintain time

Hi, this is surya, i made one AC sleeper reservation for BSR TOURS and travels through paytm app on[protected] from visakhapatnam to hyd travel date :[protected] for my cousin Mr . Sandeep, During the journey hours (around 11:50 pm ) midnight the AC function was switched OFF and bus operator reluctantly suggested to complaint if required and the service was very poor, I paid sum off 2824 rupees for this ticket, i would like to request a refund, the same issue was escalated to the paytm they registered the complaint with ticket id :[protected], but they did not provided any resolution as per the timelines. iam attaching copy of invoice of ticket and screen shot of my complaints to paytm

Booked seat are not provided, instead they are provided and adjusted to the passengers who are not booked tickets in advance without any verification of the travelling individuals. When asked upon to provide the booked tickets the adjustments are made in favour of the unsolicited passengers. This is a security breach to policy and rules applied upon the operating private buses.
The security of travelling in private buses is not governed, it is at the mercy of the bus conductors and drivers who give entry to unsolicited people to travel.
The travel agencies are trying to make extra bucks by offering the unbooked seats to any one from the highways and not through agencies. There is no identification of these solicited members travelling, costing a huge security issue.

It's is BSR tours and travels bus num AP01IT3636. Rude talking with ladies.I had called to the number [protected] about carrying a house hold item LCD TV with me.At first they accepted. I came to the bus stop with TV but they did not accepted. Talking with me very rude. But they accepted to carry that boxes in the same bus with passengers. This travels rules are different to one passenger to other passenger.
