My name is Rafeeq from Bangalore. I had signed up with Buggyemart on 20th July 2019 as a Delivery Franchise by paying Rs. 15, 760/-. Marketing Manager of this company by name Vani Roy (contact no. [protected]) is a big liar. Before payment, she was calling me everyday and used to send messages every morning and evening. But as soon as the payment was done than th96ere is proper response. She started giving lame excuses and later she stopped answering my calls. Messages were hardly answered but very arrogantly. Later, I started calling every Tom, Dick and harry of this company and threatened them to sue if they dont refund my hard earned money. Immediately one guy by name Sanjay called me and ensured to liquidate my stock within 20 days with profit but to my utter surprise they again failed to keep up their commitment. Its been almost 4 months and i think i have given them enough time to correct themselves. Now, I am approaching Cyber Crime Fraud Cell and will take strict legal action against this company. Buggy e mart is an online shopping company based in indore (Mp) which deals in medicines like love care multi mantra sugar go etc. I got a call from their zonal manager named rahul aggarwal in feburary 2019. He promissed decent return and convinced me to take delivery franchise of ghaziabad city. For that he told me to deposit rs 31500/-i in the company axix bank account. I deposited 31500/-rs in the company axix bank account on the dated on 12/3/2019 in account no [protected]. After that they sent me some product but they have not given me any order and when i told them to return my amount but after that they stopped taking my calls. Company head is mrs pramila vyas dave. If you ant to know about this matter my no is [protected]. And my mail is [protected]@gmail.com. So please help me to retuen my amount.

I got a call from their zonal manager apoorv jain on 1st may 2019 from the number [protected]. He promised decent returns and convinced me to take the delivery franchisee of the company for meerut city. For that he told me to deposit 31000 rupees in the company axis bank account. I deposited 31000 rupees in the axis bank account of buggy e mart on 9th may 2019. After that they sent me some products but they have not given me any orders and on 19th june i told them to return my money but after that they stopped taking my calls.
So please sir help me get my money back.
