Dear sir,

We bought flats in Pune. Now builder is fixing transformer in our parking & from their he is going to give electricity supply to another 2-3 building , he was fixing it another building but those people took objection , & we r new & so far he has not given our possession letter to us, so without asking us he is fixing it our parking, its risky that’s why we have also taken action against him, but now he is threatening to flat owners that he will not give possession letters to us, & we have to go in court. Now he has started giving trouble to people, he is abusing to them, not giving electricity , & water.



What we should do.? Is it possible to get our letter without going in court?

He is taking maintenance of rs500 every month but not doing anything & we have to clean building.

He is very arrogant person, & all are educated people so they don’t want to fight with him. & all ladies are fighting with him.



Please help us, all ladies are fighting against him, but he is ignoring to them, & again he has started that work.

    I want to file a case against my Builder in consumer court Sangareddy.
    I purchased a Flat in Ramachandrapuram, Medak District.
    It is near to BHEL, Hyderabad. From BHEL 3 KM.
    I registered my Fat in Sangareddy, Medak district on November 2010.
    My Builder agreed to give Lift by January 1st 2010. He Started the apartment last 2 years Back.
    Now he said he can’t give until May 1st 2010. That date also not confirmed.
    In this case I want to go Consumer Court.
    Please suggest me the procedure.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        i complaint here against pune builder.i book property at chinchawad area with giving 10%booking amount and registration is remaining because i went out of india.
        after 2 months,builder can increase 33sq.ft area of property without awareness to us and we asked him so he gave answer other customers of west side demanding for more area.?
        Now he demanding more money to pay for that area? near by 1lakhs and its not affordable to me,and i cant cancel the property also because the rate of property increase near by 300/sq.ft in same area.so where i complaint this and what i should do now?
        He told to us paid MSEB,other charges etc.at time of registration only infact construction is not reach to the 1st slab and our flat on 6th floor.and he charge to us terrace area also.
        Please give me correct direction and solution also.

          On or about April 2006 Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhalla R/O A-109 Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-4 New Delhi, Ph. [protected] who is dealing in the construction work approached me for the construction of my premises situated at E-10, Kasturba Niketen Complex, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-24.

          On 24th February, 2009 at about 11 A.M. when my wife was working in kitchen, suddenly the plaster of my drawing room came down with a heavily noise which caused a massive damages to all my bag and bagages, furniture and various miscellaneous items lying in the drawing room. it was the time when my 3 year old daughter was in school and fortunately my wife was working in kitchen, otherwise there may have been the risk to life to me and my family members. Now i have come to know that the materials which were used by Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhalla are of very inferior quality and by reason of this, the aforesaid incident occurred, I am afraid that the aforesaid incident may happen again on the other part of my premises which may cause damages to life and property of me and my family members. While the construction was going on, unfortunately i become sick and could not pay attention to the construction presses being carried out by Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhalla.

          I have launch a compaint against Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhalla in Lajpat Nagar Police Station Complaint No. 13A dt 25/02/09.

          It is therefore requested to take appropriate action against Mr.Ravinder Kumar Bhalla and provide me the compensation for the loss and damages to my property and for future risk of loss which may happen due to using very inferior quality of materials in my premises by him.

            Sir,

            Four years back I have purchased a residential site (30/40) through a Builder in Bangalore.During 2004 the layout was still under construction but the builder advised me to go for registration as i had applied load for the site.Post registration, i noticed that the work was stopped at the layout and since that day i have been following for the site..And every time i get one standard answer from the builder stating that it will take some more time.
            I am totally confused, top of all i am fed up of calling him, talking to him and pleading him..Very deliberately i have not specified the builder name as i donot know the consequences..

            Please advise

              I have been cheated with sweet coated words in the booking stage as "No cost escalation, On time completion of projects, Expert guidance on after sales maintenance" but seen his real face at the time of delivery of my Flat.

              Builder filed Unwarranted & Unattainable Civil Case in City Civil Court and followed by Private Criminal Case in with false allegation in Magistrate Court against us for getting Escalation Cost, which is afterthought by the builder on receipt of full and final settlement as per Agreement of Construction & also Escalation Cost is "No Where in the Agreement at all".
              But we applied Stay for both the Civil & Criminal case in Highcourt of Madras and proved in Highcourt that all the allegation are False in Nature and finally I received the Flat key from the Honourable Judge of Highcourt of Madras.

              Although we have incurred unexpected Financial Loss, Mental Torture & Agony and spoiled my reputation for all these I have not got any type of compensation, being Law & Agreement only Protects & Safeguard the Builders Interest not the Common Man/Purchaser of Flat.

              So, before anybody buy a flat, kindly check that whether he is genuine builder / not, these builder's still advertise that he has completed over 3000 houses, 43 projects, Quality control, excellence, customer satisfaction, professionalism etc..etc... which are made only for marketing by these type of builder.

                We are facing the same problem with Radiance Realty of Bangalore. Its owner is very cunning and shrewd person called Manohar Rao Karkal. He insists to get the flat registered without completing and after registration he ran away. As I know there are 5 projects he is working on in bangalore. out of these 2 are in AECS layout. I will just mention his phone nos and any body can try the no. it will say either “NOT VALID” or something else. I will just request all the people who are looking for property in Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata not to get in trap of this .
                Those who are already in trap are requested to come together and file a case in either consumer court or criminal court.

                He has three assistant, 1.Sanjeev 2.Yuvraj 3.Chakravarthy.
                All these are roadside people only.
