Sir,
The recording of Rahul Khurana and My Zerodha account Statement handled by rahul khuranna from July'18 to December '18 is available with me.
I want to file a complaint with SEBI also.

Deshraj Singh Thakur is the owner of the company & promised to refund my money but he again turned to be a defaulter.

Arif Patel was the Head executive who was handling my case with Bullmart research company.

Rahul Khurana took a total amount of Rupees 8.22 lacs in favor of Bullmart Company & made a Total Net loss of rupees 9.33 lacs in Zerodha account by handling himself.

He always made fake promises and agendas & forced me to make payments towards Bullmart company in the name of various packs and services and continuously took Rupees 8.22 lacs from me & took my Zerodha account id passwords and by handling my account he made rupees 9.22 lacs loss from July'18 to December'18.

Kindly, help me to get back all the Money that Rahul Khurana and Bullmart Company took from me.

I need your help here, after a long waiting, I am escalating this issue to you, I believe there are a group of fraudies they are collection the money from the people and not giving proper response.
here I am giving you below contact details of them, one of the persons call to me with using name Swastika investment, I thought they are from Swastika so believe to them an got agree with their plan, since I make the payment to them, they people are not responding anything and not refunding my amount as well.
since last 2 months I am asking to return my amount they are saying it will be refund and it is in process. nobody is giving me proper response, I asked to them give me your address and additional information they are also not responding.

I escalate this issue to Swastika Investment as well, Swastika said to me that we are not these people they are using Swatika name if we found anything wrong, we will file a complaint again these people and they advised to me that you can also take an action from your end.

Is company ne 3 lakh liya hai abhi tak diya nahi

In continuation of my complaint against bullmart research, till date no mail revert received except general revert.

I am giving below their working style, how these fraud people trapped new investors.

They work with investors verbally, not given single page or mail to investors. By giving discounts, offer they take half money, then pressurised for full amount, they will not start the service till person not giving full amount. They are changing their address regularly, so anybody can not track the company.

I am attaching the letter details alongwith payout details which clearly showing that i had bear the loss of 2 lac plus due to your bad services after stopping the payout which was admitted by chandrakant and chetan birla also. They offered me to change the team but i have no amount left for these type of divide services.

On 26th dec, rahul called me for registration and told me that you just registered with us, we will give you profit, we have 5 team and chetan birla who worked with prakash gaana. When i paid the amount, then he started ti transfered the call to chandrakant, who gave me golden wordings that you just pay the amount for quarterly subscription, i will promised to return you money in 5 market day and give you 50% offer also. When i told him i have not enough money for you quarterly subscription then he told me, you just pay one lac and for rest amount, i will give you credit which we will take from market. When i was paid one lac then he pressurised me that sorry, credit limit not accepted by system so you have to pay full amount, then i arranged the money because i was trapped in his words. Then he took next strategy, sorry you offer has expired, so pay the full amount otherwise your 50% amount and your services will not start. Then i arranged few amount, rahul was behind me who call me on daily basis for depositng the amount, every 5-10 minutes, he called me for amount. When i paid the amount, the he started for us/ jackpot call subscription, again they told me, you pay just few amount, i will take call directly from chetan birla, every friday and monday, they generated the call which gives one lac. Profit. Again rahul behind me to deposit the amount when i deposited one lac then i received the call from accounts department, deposit the gst amount, when i told this to chandrakant and rahul, they told me, sorry sir, you have to pay this otherwise we can not work. Again i understood their trapping strategy of customers but i have already paid the huge amount to him. So pay the amount. Then after 3-4 days, again rahul started for bank nifty registration, he, chandrakant and chetan birla, assured me that with bank nifty subscription of 142000 (Giving 50% offer), you will recover your all losses due to their bad services, so i was withdrawal the amount of one lac, then i stopped the balance payment as they already played their role in my life. My demat account going negative, balance on 24th jan was only 800.

Now i am in financial crises due to their team's golden dream that they will give me amount so i can purchase my own house but in current situation, i have not money to pay my rent and not having money to pay my daily expenses.

So request you to please stop all my services which started from 28th dec 2018 to 24th jan 2019, refund the amount after deducting the mentioned period service amount.

Hope you understand my situation, i am managing my expenses with the help of my friends. If you are not refund the amount, i have only one option of sucide as i have to pay loan of 5 lac - hdfc and other loan of friends.

I am anurag sharma from new delhi wants to draw your attention towards a fraud done by a company "bullmart research". Sir /madam it is a company situated at office no :304, gold tower, indore (Mp) phone no:[protected], [protected] e-mail :[protected]@bullmart.co website : WWW.bullmart.co.
They say they give tips which will hit 80% but sir/madam they make big big fool to people. They have committed me make profit and recover all my money within 5 - 9 days from market and for this, they took 6.41 lacs annual from me but when i invested in stock market on their advised call tips.
They gave me avg 10-20 thousand in a day for one week but when i stopped to give more money their call fails every day for 2 consecutive week. Their executive rahul told everytime sir i will take call from my senior so will get one lac next day. Due to failure of their calls i have to bear a loss of rs250000/- in 2 week. On (24-jan 2019) i have to bear a huge loss of rs100000/- on their investment tips of bank nifty which they holded from 3 days and was giving me 100% assurance that we will give you profit of 50000 thousand. When i called their executive person (Rahul) and inform about that they said they will reciver whole loss, when you again invest money.
When i talked to seniors of that company & said to refund my money he apologized on their fake tips they said never to call them again & challenge to even complain in the consumer forum. Now they are pressurised me to start service again for this they call me everyday.

I have sent 4 mails to company but till date they did not revert for single mail.

They follow the strategy how to trap person in their false commitment

First executive rahul take rs. 3000 from customer then transfer the call to his manager chandrakant, who is also a big fraud person, gave commitment of recover money in 5 days, you just enroll for quarterly and the will give you 50% discount when client paid the half money, then going to next step, told that offer has expired so you have to pay full amount otherwise we can not submit your file to sebi till date they give you earning calls but when you submitted the amount, then their accounts. Department call you, pay 18%gst otherwise they can not entertain you and when you finished the payment, they starting their next steps, giving wrong calls to clients and giving loss. Their executive rahul call the client like bagger and he distrub you every 5 minutes, for recovering the loss pls enroll for next service of jackpot of rs one lac, in their traps, client have to pay that money to recover the loss and again they will not doing work for recovering loss then again their manager chetan birla and chandrakant call you that giving commitment, pls enroll for another service of bank nifty of 142000 (Giving special discount) for you only, if you pay that amount again then next call will come that discount offer is not showing on your profile so you have to pay full amount otherwise they can not help you. When you told to stop their service, they will not hear you and continue their msg service.

Due to their this strategy, they will generate multiple invoice s for one service

So i request the indian consumer complain forum to take a quick action against this fraud company to save other innocent people to get trapped into their fraud tips through their calls & msgs and cancel his sebi registration. I have proof how they trap the clients and also have call regarding in which their sr manager chetan birla, chandrakant and executive rahul admitted that this was happened due to their mistakes.

Sir/madam please help me to refund my money from these #. At that time due to him, i have no other solutions except suicide

4 log bullmart ke kaam kerne wale mere se 127500 rupees liye aur dene ka naam nhi lerai wo log purre plans ke sat kaam kerai isme police hi ab madad kersakti agar sache police wale rahe to mere pas dgp sir ajay kumar ka number bhi hai area ps ka ab woi kuch madad krde bus help me plz in log ke naam alisha, kunal, shukla, rajive, asotoush ye naam hai un log ke lekin asli nhi hai i think

Company executive mr. Hasan call to me regarding 25th crismas offer of company and open demat account through our company and you pay me 20k and when demat account is open then our side this amount will be transfer to demat account. But when demat is open they not transfer my amount in my demat account. Already i was complaint in sebi regarding this issue. After that 2 days mr. Hasan replied (Hasan & deepak - executive) that he was invest this in to my month end pressure. He accept his mistake now. He told that he has giving commitment to invest such amt into my demat account but he has invest this amt into his own target and submit the file by using my amount. I have attach sebi mail and my bank transaction as on 30 dec to 01 jan.

Made me take a premium quarterly package of rs.26000/-. He gave me tips for 4-5 days. Then someone else called me form the company telling that the first guy has left the job and now he will give me tips. He gave me a tip without a stoploss making me lose half of my investments. Now the guy is not picking up his phone. The number on the website is also out of service. Nobody is replying to me or even calling to provide any tips. I want refund of my money.
