Respected sir i hv been travelling from jalandhar to chandigarh as
In united bus service patiala
But i hv to face lot of inconvenience as they were jus calling up every passenger even no seat's were available
It cause lot of inconvenience to even sitting ones as they standing one keep falling on us
I request you to please take appropriate actions against them.
It's seriously ridiculous

    Respected maim/sir,
    Today dated[protected] at 12:30 pm, i am trying to board in menu coach bus (Hp 64 4376) at nahan bus stand, because i had to reach collage (Banog) for my examination, which is approximately 4 to 5 km from nahan bus stand. The bus route was nahan to renuka ji. Bus conductor refuse to board in the bus and said that get out from the bus, no local passenger is allowed in the bus, only renuka ji passenger will board in.
    So today i face difficulty to reach the collage on time. Like this all local passenger may face the this type of problem on daily basis. This type of behavior of bus service is not good.
    So, it is requested to you please take action against the this type of issue and provide the proper service to public, so that people may not harass from this type of behavior.

    Kindly do the needful.

      Hi, ,
      My sister is blind, so she is having a concession in the ticket, so my dad asked a ticket upto hosur after that hosur to salem. Because my sister can get concession from hosur only, not from bengaluru. But conductor said get down at madiwala police station stop and take other bus. My mom, dad and sister are new to the bengaluru. But my parents said we will take ticket from direct salem from bengaluru, but conductor made forcibly to get down my parents and sister.
      Below are the details of the bus what i know.
      Sunday, 10th april 2016
      5pm st johns hos[ital bus stop - 1 to 1 salem to bangalore bus.

        My name is Ronak Shah, a frequent traveler of Neeta Travels and I had booked a ticket On Neeta Mercedes Bus on[protected] from W.E Highway Andheri to Nashik for the bus of 10.45 pm,Bill no-63779.Before boarding the bus i had asked on the Booking office whether the bus will get changed at night at the resort for seperating Nashik and Shirdi passengers? To the question he jokingly replied that Neeta doesnt do ffalse things. But during night at about 1.30 the Conductor announced to the passengers standing at the resort that those who are going to Nashik should change the bus. I did not get down from the bus as it was 1.30 and i dint feel like eating at that time.No one came to announce in the bus that it is now directly going to Shirdi instead of Nashik. To my shocking surprise at 5:00 am the conductor said everybody to get down at the last stop thai is Shirdi. I Mr Ronak Shah a Civil Engineer employed in Larsen and Toubro ECC division was also ill treated by the Conductor saying that go to police and file a complaint and they cannot arrange anything. I contacted Andheri Office in morning at 5:00 am and the said they cannot help me though it was their fault. Neeta travels ALWAYS seperate the customers of Nashik and Shirdi so as to save Petrol and makes the passengers to travel in some cheap bus instead of Mercedes. I had to catch an S.T bus at 5:30 am and reached Nashik at 7:30 am with full discomfort and also depriving myself of any rest as i had an important meeting at 8:00 am. I am disappointed with Neeta Travels and also regret travelling with Neeta Travels,I ask you to compensate for my ticket sum of 450 rs and also my ticket of Shirdi to Nashik compensation and also give me an apology in written..

          ARE PLYING DT.C. BUS, ROUTE NO.879 AND 889.

          FOR ROHINI SECTO 15 TO NEHRU PLACE, THERE IS NO
          DIRECT BUS IS AVAILABLE.
