I am subscriber for the Business world magazine for a period of 3 years

My subscription started from 24/10/2011 and I am receiving the magazine regularly
But, Till date I did not receive the assured gift of beetel x64 cordless phone

Not providing magazine after subscription

I have subscribe Business world magazine with the help of a agent of the compony on date[protected]. He told me that after one or two month compony will send magazine.whenever i asked the agent, he always says that i will got the magazine after few week.But still i don't get a single copy.
