I bought a HP G6's motherboard and an Asus E15's motherboard, out of those 2 motherboards, not a single one works. Now, they wouldnt respond my queries.

Payment done via upi but didn't get any response

I ordered odd board lenovo 5C50R34463 for which they sent some random part which is not at all useful for me. not they are not picking up my call nor replying on WhatsApp. i paid 1999 inr for the item order number is 73795. i want proper item if they can replace or refund

There are fake, i ordered a processor and they after that received call once and asked me to message my order number on whats app [protected].
Then they don't pickup the call neither answer on whats app.
ordered on 28-July-2020 order# is 69344.

They don't have courtesy to respond back. infact declining the call.

Subject: No delivery, No Cancelling, No refund of paid money for purchasing

With due respect, I, like to inform you that I had purchased one item on 6/5/2020 with payment Rs. 1200(Twelve hundred) by online transaction at Buysnip online seller (https://buysnip.com) . But till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling/refund of paid amount for purchasing . I also mailed (from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@buysnip.com ) & had sent letter but no any response. It resembles that the buysnip may be fraud/fake online seller.

Now I request you to take necessary actions for the above subject matter quickly.For taking necessary actions suitable documents are attached below.

I've ordered asus amd m5a97 le r2.0 motherboard in buysnip.com on[protected] order id: 64307 paid 6462inr. Still today[protected] no update on the materials in the order. I called them many times, they are not answering to the calls and whatsapp number they are not even replying. Very worst company and frustrated because of this.

I have ordered wd my passport ultra 2tb hdd on buysnip.com on 1 aug 2019. For this i called them regularly and told to ship my product. And every time when i called them they told me that they are processing my order and it will be shipped soon but till today i did not received the product not the refund amount.. The details mentioned as below:-

I have ordered a processor (Order no: 63974- jio money) and gigabyte motherboard (Order no:63973-credit card) by paying online on 26th oct. 2019. There is no reply from them. When i tried to contact them though email and whats app, there is no answer. And phone no: [protected] is always switched off. Once someone picked up phone on 4th nov and confirm that they will ship product in next 2-3 days, but after that the phone is switched off only and i have not receid product/ shipping information.

In buysnip.com i have ordered one keyboard of price 850 by prepaid payment. After that i have cancelled the order because there is no response regarding the order. but even after 3 days of cancellation there is no response from the seller.

I have tried to contact them by mail, mobile.
But mobile no is switched off and mail not responding. Also there is no other option to contact them.

I have placed order in buysnip.com on 10-06-19
For samsung ml1640 motor and i paid through online banking ₹ 550/-. They have send wrong product and return back that product to them more than 23 days they didnot replace the product and they did not refund my money. Even they r not giving proper answer to customer.
I really disappointed with is buysnip. Refund my money as early as possible.

Iam sumanta sardar lives in kolkata, on october 2nd i purchased online processor from buysnip.com in that time they shown in local they delivery within a 7 days but for me they take time 12 to 15 days for international shipment but now 21 days gone still not dispatch, i mail him and try to contact him but they don't response at all but my fortunate first time they response in the mail and receive my phone but now they done block list my phone no. And didn't response at the mail.
I don't know how google show this type of fake organisation profile they should block them however, you can check my product i'd and my active mail which link to there profile :

I have ordered rupees 208 items from buysnip.com on 2 sep 2018. They deducted my payment and now they are not sending item. Neither there is any reply from their customer support nor there is any refund or delivery.
Order no 56082.
Please solve my problem either by refunding my money or get the product deliver to me. It has been more than 1 month now.

I have ordered one finger print module with order number 41897 on date 19-3-18. They just send the module but don't send it's connector, without connector, this device is useless. On website, they have shown system with connector too. Till now i have mailed so many times about connectors but don't get satisfactory reply. Now they stop to reply.
Please.. Do what you can and avoid other customers from being fool.
