However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

1. I ordered Tablet for Rs. 5000.00 on 6-Mar-13 and got the item on 7-Mar-13. (within 24 Hrs!!!!), for which I paid the courier guy.
2. I opened parcel and tested the Tablet which found to be faulty. No features are running, like Sim Card, Internet Connection using 3G, Android Application, WiFi, etc. etc.... A very long list......

Hi I have bought the 7th sim calling tablet but I got the used one and having problems majorly SIM slot and network are not working. When I called their response was very rude.
The specifications and the features are not same as described. No proper response no warranty card with the package at least no from address. These are scammers/fraudulents and not at all responding to my calls properly. They said to replace my tablet....
