My mother have invest Rs. 10000.00 in 1999 in C U marketing which was a fraud company, but till now theres no update.Please tell me on how to get back the amount....

I ravindra pal son of mr banarasi pal
My father had invested 40000 thousand in 1998 in c u marketing company and yet he got only 500 rs by some authorities of mumbai police and now he died in 9 0ct 2019.
However i am checking all document i found c u marketing certificate and 500 paid certificate so how can i claim
For the rest of my father amount.
Pls guide me....
