I am a senior citizen aged 87 years.

I have been trying in vain to register an online complaint to dispute the transaction for the last 1 week since 15th and unable to do so due to website error.

The nature of dispute is as follows

On 8/7/2021 0221 pm, I had made a purchase through the website www.utility-store.com for a product - PEst reject for Rs. 399 and
The same was paid through my cancard (mastercard) [protected]. account number[protected]

After waiting for nearly a week and after receiving no intimation, I tried in vain to contact them through email, for which there was no response,

The payee mentioned in the SMS received was PayU Gurgaon

On 21/7/2021, I sent them an email with a copy to cancard services, wherein I received a message asking to file a complaint, which is what this is.

Accordingly I wish to dispute the above said transaction.
Kindly help me get the credit for the same

    On 07/11/2020 morning, I have tried to make, monthly Payment of Canara Credit Card No# xxxxxxxxxxxx8007 payment through CANARA SAATHI, Merchant BILLDESK. While making transaction from My Canara bank Account# xxxxxxxxx5506, Ochira Branch, Kollam District Kerala, THREE Times I have tried, but transaction FAILED DUE TO ERROR. But Rs. 36676/, THREE Times Debited from my account. Total Rs.110028/ Debited.
    And the Amount not Credited in my Credit Card Account.

      Dear sir,
      I have been issued cancard no.[protected] which is expiring on 31/12/2008. But till date I have not been issued renewed card. I have enquired from Senior Manager of Ajmer main branch from where I had received the card.But they have denied having received renewed card.Since I have been shifted to AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI, I want my card to be issued on the changed address. which is given below. Please not I was ex employee of canara bank and taken the VRS.Kindly arrange to send me renewed card or cancel my cancard . Please inform me the status immediately.

      I have lost my card. please block the card use. I do not have the card number also

      I am a holder of Cancard " Master Card " for quite a few years now. I am getting a number of mails ( a sample mail is attached ) regarding the registration with the bank for validity from 1 Aug.

      When I go to the Master card web site for the security code I totally get lost.

      May I request you to kindly give simpe instructions at your earliest so that I can ge the validation done?

      I am a cancard holder for the last several years. My card had expired many months ago and when i went to the home branch at Adyar, chennai and showed the expired card they took it from me and destroyed it saying that i will get a new card.Several months had passed and i informed the same through toll free number. The person attended gave me an email address and asked me to send in a request for asking a renewed card. I promptly sent it on the same day. Several months had rolled on. Today i contacted the same toll free number from the office land line. The same guidance came from the person asking me to send another request. I had done it at once. Kindly do the possible action with out fail.

      MY OLD CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS:[protected]. Master Card.

      I have Cancard-Mastercard No. [protected]. I have not received Cancard statement since last one year. I have no dues pending. My card is working well also. But, in cibil report, it is mentioned "wilful defaulter" Since, I am an ex-employee of the Bank, I can not be wilful-defaulter.

      Kindly send the statement by e-mail at your earliest.

So I want copy of Rs.4151/- last bill due date is 10.03.11 and also telling I have mailed thro Canara Bank Grand Central, Madurai Branch for New address 2 times. My sb a/c no:[protected] in Canara Bank Grand Central, Madurai.I receive mobile message for due date and amount, till date i paid credit amount. and also informing for my card expiry is 05/11. So I want new Credit Visa card as early as possible. my mobile no [protected], my e-mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com. and again informing i want copy of Rs.4151/ last bill due date is 10.03.11.
