Disputed transaction

I am a senior citizen aged 87 years.

I have been trying in vain to register an online complaint to dispute the transaction for the last 1 week since 15th and unable to do so due to website error.

Amount Debited 3 times but not credited

On 07/11/2020 morning, I have tried to make, monthly Payment of Canara Credit Card No# xxxxxxxxxxxx8007 payment through CANARA SAATHI, Merchant BILLDESK. While making transaction from My Canara bank Account# xxxxxxxxx5506, Ochira Branch, Kollam District Kerala, THREE Times I have tried, but transaction FAILED DUE TO ERROR. But Rs. 36676/, THREE Times Debited from my account. Total Rs.110028/ Debited.

non issue of renewed cancard

Dear sir,
I have been issued cancard no.[protected] which is expiring on 31/12/2008. But till date I have not been issued renewed card. I have enquired from Senior Manager of Ajmer main branch from where I had received the card.But they have denied having received renewed card.Since I have been shifted to AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI, I want my card to be issued on the changed address. which is given below.
