Since a last two month my chimney’s motor not working inside warranty and many times to complain but his not come and telling for not available staff - need to strictly actions for caps company

The after sale service is so disgusting. The service guy keep don't come up for the service and keeps on postponing the visit for servicing. This is so horrible and disgusting consumer service....

One of led light of the chimney has broken...

They were pressurising me to purchase their chimney and assured four free servicings during the 1st two years. It has been almost one year without a servicing. The chimney is unable to absorb oil vapour any more. Instead, oil drops fall on the cookware s, burner etc. But even after requesting them several times to set right the oil dropping issue, none paid a visit to my kitchen....

Bad experience....

Chimney power supply not working, sometimes automatic on off....

I have complained for not working my chimney pannel about 6 to 7 month back... But till now they didnt have respond to my complaint... Now they dont answer our call.. Sales person name is jitten das...

I have been using this chimney for last 2 years but till now no one has came for servicing. At the time of purchasing this product we were told that there will b be a regular servicing of the chimney but since last 2 years even once no one has came to service it. The product has some defects by the time but there is no respond to it. So please kindly provide service as soon as possible...

Based on my request to company one service man mr. Kushal taludar visited today i. E. On 4.06.2017. The cleaning is done hurriedly and the service is very poor. He charged rs.300..00. When i rang him he refused to come back. Please look in to the matter and take appropriate action so that it is not happened in future. This is related to my chimney model galago. Dr. Chandan rajkhowa....

SINCE FROM THE 1ST DAY THE GAS LEAK SENSOR IS NOT WORKING.
We complained several times nothing is happening .

Hi, i am just sharing the worst experience with CAPS product. I have installed a chimney model no being auto prince, It came to be mine worst decision to install this machine and before being taking minute technical knowledge about the product one should not use it. Its very surprising when i came to know that internal parts are flammable with normal course o[censored]sage, this is the feed back i received from customer support team when i complained...

We bought a Caps electrical chimney in Dec 2009 with a 1 year warranty but we found in April 2010 that it is not working properly and not sucking the fumes out of the kitchen. While we informed the sales agents and the company customer service they denied to reaplce the product and said that it was mentioned during the sale that it will not work properly without a outlet pipe.
