I have purchased premium service from care care india for 10k and they said it had cashback offer of 40%. But after paying, they did not sent any email and not even receiving calls. Looks it is fraud

I had even received verification call. They asked for order number of payment.
All this incident happened on 18th march
Today on 22nd march they received call on toll free [protected], when i asked to cancel my purchase...

It’s a fake company who will talk sweetly and deeply technical and offer for 1 yr and 2 yr service offer. Once you pay no response at all. I believed and paid amount ₹12000. It’s been 2 months and till now no one is responding. I’m confused whether to give complaint or not because no guarantee that i get back my money. This company may be based at noida...
