The OP for Cardiac division is a chaotic mess. They have no defined process for check-in and a lot of ‘people who know the staff’ are sneaked in violating others in queue. They should mind that we are bringing patients to hosp who cannot take strain for hours together. I came at 8:40 AM and now the time is 12:40 with no signs of when I get to meet the doc. The PRO had the regular rhetoric and told that OP will commence till 4pm. Basically this means I can only complain about it after 4. Are they treating me for free?, NO
